Adithyan Rajaraman

Adithyan (Dithu) Rajaraman has been blessed to teach, interact with, and learn from children and adolescents with and without disabilities for 14 years. Dithu completed his Doctorate in Behavior Analysis at Western New England University, under the advisement of Dr. Greg Hanley. In 2019, he joined the faculty at UMBC, where he currently mentors undergraduate and graduate students of Psychology with an emphasis in behavior analysis. In the fall of 2022, Dithu joined the faculty at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, where he serves as Director of Behavior Analysis Research within Vanderbilt Kennedy Center's (VKC) Treatment and Research Institute for Autism Spectrum Disorders (TRIAD). Dithu has published research in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis in Practice, and Autism. Dithu's research and practice interests include the assessment, treatment, and prevention of dangerous behavior, with an emphasis on investigating trauma-informed approaches to behavioral assessment and intervention. This research aim is intimately connected to the goal of being able to provide safe, dignifying, yet highly effective behavior-analytic services to underrepresented individuals in underserved communities.

Cheyenne Ferner

Cheyenne serves as the Clinical Director of the Kernersville clinic. As Clinical Director, Cheyenne oversees the quality of ABA services, supporting the clinical team members and the clients. She is passionate about client advocacy and providing person-centered care. Cheyenne seeks not only to promote the growth of clients, but also to invest in the lives of her supervisees and colleagues. Cheyenne has been in the field of ABA since receiving her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico in 2016. She then worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for several years, working her way up to the position of an RBT Trainer then Lead RBT Trainer. Cheyenne received her M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019, becoming a BCBA in 2020. As a BCBA, she has worked as an Assistant Clinic Supervisor, followed by a Clinical Supervisor. As someone who has held many roles within an ABA clinic, Cheyenne is able to empathize effectively with her team members and takes a well-rounded approach in serving clients. She has worked in several different agencies with a wide variety of pediatric clientele, varying in ages and focus of treatment. Cheyenne hopes to continue increasing the impact that she can make on individuals' and families' lives, as well as within the field of ABA as a whole. Outside of work, Cheyenne loves being outside - whether it be hiking, kayaking, or simply sitting and reading in the sun. She also volunteers as an ESL tutor and enjoys doing hot yoga.

Dr. Sarah Lechago

  • Associate Professor in the Behavior Analysis Master 's Program at the University of Houston - Clear Lake
Dr. Sarah Lechago is an Associate Professor in the Behavior Analysis master's program at the University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL). She directs the UHCL Verbal Behavior Clinic (VBC) and co-directs the UHCL Connecting the Dots program. Her research interests include verbal behavior, student and caregiver training, motivating operations, and diversity, inclusion, and equity. Dr. Lechago serves as the founder and chair of the diversity committee for the Texas Association for Behavior Analysis (TxABA) organization, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion for Everyone (EDIE). She is currently an Associate Editor for The Analysis of Verbal Behavior (TAVB) journal. She approaches instruction, research, and clinical supervision from a scientific and equity-minded perspective.

JANAY BRENA

Janay Brena, M.Ed. is the Clinical Director at our Concord Clinic. Janay received her Master of Education degree in curriculum and instruction from Arizona State University. Throughout her career, Janay has had the opportunity to support individuals receiving services through home-based instruction as well as in school settings and community locations. Janay enjoys working closely with and supporting families to ensure every child reaches his or her greatest potential. She is always excited to be able to collaborate with colleagues to better support clients and families and promote meaningful changes.

Linda LeBlanc

  • Licensed Psychologist
In her role as a member of Mosaic's Clinical Advisory Board, Dr. LeBlanc advises Mosaic in a variety of clinical capacities and provides training and mentorship to our BCBAs. Her 25-year career has included academic positions at Claremont McKenna College, Western Michigan University and Auburn University as well as leadership positions in human services organizations. She is the past Editor in Chief of the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. Her professional interests include behavioral treatments, supervision and mentoring, and ethics. She is a Fellow of ABAI and is the 2016 recipient of the APA Nathan H. Azrin Award for Distinguished Contribution in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Madison Morris

Madison serves as the Clinical Director of the Durham clinic. Madison received her undergraduate degree from Indiana State University and her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorders from Ball State University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has spent the last six years serving children with ASD in multiple settings, such as center-based, in-home, school, and community-based. She has a passion for supporting direct care staff to ensure that clients and caregivers receive the highest quality of therapy and training. Outside of work, Madison enjoys baking, spending time with her family, and taking walks outdoors.

Marie Sgroi

Marie earned her MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University and a BS in Psychology from The State University of New York at Cortland. She discovered her passion for working with children on the autism spectrum through volunteering at a camp specializing in animal assisted therapy. Since then, she has provided ABA therapy in school, community and clinic settings and has worked with individuals 2-21 years old. Outside of work, Marie enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her dogs and volunteering for animal foster organizations.

Matt Filer - CEO

As CEO, Matt is accountable for developing and overseeing Mosaic's overall strategy, culture, and performance. He brings a decade of healthcare provider investing and management consulting experience working across numerous provider verticals including pediatric therapy, home health, post-acute care, physical therapy, and disease management. Matt discovered his passion for health and human services while serving as a public health and food security advisor to the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Sub-Saharan Africa. Previously, Matt served as an advisor to the Boston affiliate of Breakthrough Collaborative, an education non-profit dedicated to helping traditionally underrepresented students achieve post-secondary educational success. Matt has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Healthcare Management and a BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. When he's not working, Matt enjoys fishing, furniture making and teaching his two young children about space and the marvels of the universe.

Mike Mitchell - CFO

As CFO, Mike is responsible for leading financial management and growth initiatives at Mosaic. He brings over a decade of experience in healthcare operations, investing, and banking across the healthcare continuum. Mike is inspired by healthcare and human services and making a difference in the lives of families. While not a clinician himself, he comes from a healthcare family and began volunteering at his local hospital (Presbyterian Medical Center) while growing up in Charlotte. Mike has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Healthcare Management and a BS from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. When not working, Mike can be found chasing after his young son and dog, Poppy.

Ryan Martin

Ryan Martin is the Director of Research and Outcomes at Mosiac. He is a licensed psychologist, nationally certified school psychologist, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Ryan's primary responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, chairing Mosaic's Research Review Committee, analyzing clinical data, and mentoring staff through the Mosaic Scholars program. He also serves on the editorial boards of the journals Behavior Analysis in Practice and Behavior and Social Issues. Ryan is passionate about using insights from applied research to help children and their families thrive. Ryan earned his Ph.D. in school psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston. He first began working with children on the autism spectrum as a pre-doctoral intern, providing behavioral consultation to parents and teachers. He went on to work as a research scientist at the May Institute and National Autism Center, studying effective ways to help parents and teachers implement evidence-based behavioral interventions. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys running, reading science fiction, and playing with his dog, Kona.
