Moi, N.K. Koh & Chee was incorporated as a partnership on 1st July 1990 with the blessing of the Bar Council Malaysia. The founding partners of the firm were Mr. Moi Teik Seng, Mr. Koh Nai Kwong (now Datuk) and Mr. Chee Ho Chun. However, a major restructuring took place in the firm in mid-1997, whereby Mr. Chee Ho Chun became the sole partner of the firm. From mid-1997 to 31st May 2011, Mr. Chee Ho Chun was the Managing Partner of the firm, until his retirement from legal practice on 1st June 2011. On 16th December 2010, Ms. Lee Pei Wan was admitted as a partner of the firm. On 1st April 2011, Mr. Yoong How Vey was admitted as a partner of the firm. Therefore since 1st June 2011, there were 2 principal partners of the firm, namely Mr. Yoong How Vey and Ms. Lee Pei Wan.
