We reach out to change lives through various individual and group interventions. At Mystique Yoga, we follow FIVE elements of fitness - Flexibility, Stamina, Agility, Mind-body coordination and Endurance. Our trainers use a custom-based approach that helps individuals to build on these elements. Whether a group intervention or an individual session, we are sensitive to each person's body-requirement.
