With over 22 years of progressive insurance industry experience in various business and team leadership roles, she has a deep knowledge of the insurance value chain and has a proven track record of transforming and leading operational teams to deliver high performance. She is highly skilled at developing and maintaining strong business relationships that drive bottom-line results.
Her extensive technical knowledge and operational strategy experience has contributed significantly quality assurance in all aspects of the business, from client service excellence to critical reinsurance negotiations.
Akosua holds an Msc. in Global Management from University of Salford, UK. and an LLB Degree from the University of Hull, (UK).

Alfred holds a law (LLB) degree from the University of Ghana and has been a lawyer since 1994.
He holds a diploma in Applied Insurance Studies from the Malta International Training Centre, a Diploma in Insurance (Dip.CII) from the Chartered Institute of Insurance (UK) and has participated in various courses and seminars both local and overseas.
He has been in the insurance industry since 1996 with experience in various aspects of insurance such as underwriting and claims management.

Araba is a Chartered Accountant by Profession and holds an Executive MBA in Finance with a First Degree in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon.
She joined Enterprise Insurance in 1999. She was appointed the first Internal Auditor of Enterprise Insurance in 2008. She rose through the ranks to become the Group Head, Corporate Audit & Assurance of Enterprise Group in 2011.
Currently the General Manager, Finance she is deeply involved in financial strategic planning and execution to ensure the business delivers value in terms of its strategic objectives.
Araba has tremendous experience in Auditing, Investigations, and Accounting and has attended a number of professional and leadership training both locally and internationally.
Prior to joining Enterprise Insurance, she worked at KPMG, an international Chartered Accountant firm.

Until his appointment to the role of Group Chief Executive Officer in April 2023, Daniel Larbi-Tieku was the Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Group PLC. He was the Group Chief Finance officer from 2016 before his appointment as Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer in 2020.
Prior to joining the Enterprise family in June 2011, Daniel worked at the Coca-Cola Bottling Company where he started as a Management Accountant in 1998 and rose through the ranks to become the Head of Finance in the year 2000.
Daniel also worked in different capacities with Rank Hovis, UK, and Allied Walthamstow, UK between 1995 and 1998. He has attended a vast spread of international seminars and training programs, notable amongst them are, Coca-Cola Fast 1&2 development programs, National Examining Board for Supervisory Management, UK, Process and value engineering in Manufacturing, UK.
Daniel Larbi-Tieku is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants, UK. Daniel is a Bachelor of Science degree holder in Accounting from the University of Ghana and a finalist in a Master of Finance Degree with the University of Wales (Distance Learning).
Douglas is a seasoned insurance practitioner with nearly 35 years' experience. His previous employers include Swiss Re, African Life Insurance Company and Quindiem, where he held executive positions with responsibility for several countries.
He is currently a Special Advisor to LeapFrog Strategic African Investments, a partnership between Prudential Financial Inc and LeapFrog Investments. As well as being a Chartered Insurer(FCII), Douglas holds a BCom Honours Degree and a Masters Degree in Business Leadership, both from the University of South Africa. He has attended Executive courses at Harvard Business School and IMD Business School, Switzerland. He is a South African.
Douglas has worked in Ghana since 2001 and has served on multiple boards in this time. He has also led investments of USD 300 million in Ghana.
Emmanuel is currently the HR Business Partner for Enterprise Insurance and Enterprise Trustees. He is responsible for Recruitment, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Disciplinary & Grievance Management, and other core HR duties that support the business to achieve strategic objectives in both subsidiaries. He has also been active in strategy planning and project implementation for both subsidiaries and is also a member of the Executive Committee.
Emmanuel works closely with the Business Development Unit in undertaking CSR activities for Enterprise Insurance and is also member of the Management Negotiation team that deals with the ICU union during review of Collective Agreement and salary negotiation or Wage Opener. He has contributed significantly to Group HR projects such as Standardization of employee grading and remuneration, development of HR Policy and employee handbook. He has successfully led the organization of various corporate events designed to improve people management within Enterprise Group.
Prior to joining Enterprise Group, he worked as HR Consultant at PsyconHR Limited where he was involved in various assignments for Private sector, state-owned and NGO clients in areas such as HR Technical assignments (development of strategy, process reviews, design of HR Protocols), Design & facilitation of Training programmes, organizational research and recruitment (lower level, middle management and Executive level). Emmanuel also worked with Expresso Telecom (Ghana) as a Talent Manager where he was responsible for managing Recruitment, Training, Core HR Operations, Negotiations with the Union and Corporate Social responsibility activities.
Emmanuel is a certified HR Professional (HR Certification Institute - USA) and a Qualified Trainer. He also holds an MBA (HRM Option) from the University of Ghana Business School and a B. Ed. Foundations (Economics) degree from University of Cape Coast.
Emmanuel has been a resource person for capacity building organizations such as DUES Club, PIMI, Soul Impact and other youth-related organizations.

Francis Koranteng is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana. He is a certified Insolvency Practitioner. He graduated from the University of Ghana with a degree in Business Administration. He belongs to the Ghana Association of Restructuring & Insolvency Advisors (GARIA). He joined the Company's board in June 2016. His areas of expertise include corporate governance, corporate finance, risk management, business restructuring and recovery.
Francis has over 28 years' experience as executive and non-executive director in the industrial, commercial and services sectors.

Keli Gadzekpo was appointed the Board Chairman for Enterprise Group PLC in 2023. Prior to, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Group PLC from 2014. He has over two decades experience in investment banking since co-founding Databank, he has contributed to the development of the capital market and the Stock Exchange in Ghana through his oversight of Databank Brokerage Limited.
Mr. Gadzekpo is the Chairman of the Databank Foundation and also a Director of Ventures & Acquisitions Limited, Databank Epack Investment Fund and the North Ridge School. Mr. Gadzekpo went to Achimota School; he holds a BSc in Accounting from the Brigham Young University and is a CPA from the USA.
He is also a Mason Fellow of the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University where he earned a master's degree in Public Administration. He is Ghanaian.

Mr. Martin Eson-Benjamin is currently the CEO of the Millennium Development Authority of Ghana (MiDA), the accountable entity for Ghana's Millennium Challenge Account Programme. Martin worked with Kumasi Brewery Ltd, a subsidiary of UAC Ghana Limited from 1972-1981 and moved to Unilever Ghana Limited from 1982 to 1995, and rose to the position of Marketing Director. He rejoined Ghana Breweries Limited, a subsidiary of Heineken International in 1995, for a total of 9 years, starting as Managing Director, and later as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Eson-Benjamin has also served on the Boards of various Organizations. Board appointments include; Chairman of the Multimedia Broadcasting Company Ltd, Chairman of Ghana Agro Foods Company (GAFCO); Chairman of the College of Health Sciences, University of Ghana, and as a Director of Ecobank Plc, Enterprise Group Plc, CFAO Gh Plc, the Kama Group of Companies, the Ningo Salt Company Ltd and Member of the Presidential Commission on Pensions.
