After graduating High School in 2018, she pursued a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for two years before joining NCP Industries in 2020. In May 2022, Brenna graduated with an Associate's in Applied Science, further expanding her knowledge and skills. Living on a bustling farm, she shares her space with a variety of animals, including cows, sheep, goats, chickens, and more. Alongside her four-legged companions of two dogs, two cats, and several horses, life on the farm is always lively and often chaotic. During her spare time, Brenna finds joy in helping out on the farm and spending quality moments with her friends. Boating holds a special place in her heart, as she relishes the opportunity to unwind and soak up the sun on the water. Cooking is another passion, with Pinterest serving as a treasure trove of recipes that she fearlessly tackles, even if it means utilizing every item in the kitchen (and occasionally regretting it afterward). Early in her professional journey, Haylie honed her small business marketing skills for 15+ years by selling radio and television ads for Flood Communications. She then went on to manage the marketing department for an independent lumber yard chain in Nebraska, which further solidified her commitment to supporting small, family-owned enterprises and her passion for the building industry. Haylie's dedication to NCP Industries stems from her desire to make a meaningful impact. She aspires to put this small family-owned business on the map. Beyond her professional endeavors, Haylie cherishes her family and home life. She celebrated her 18th wedding anniversary and is a devoted parent to three vibrant and active children. What Jon enjoys most about working at NCP is the opportunity to collaborate with a remarkable team of individuals, both internally and externally. Building relationships and delivering exceptional service to customers are his driving forces, ensuring that NCP Industries continues to thrive in the market. Outside of work, Jon finds joy in his family. He and his wife have been happily married for 37 years, and together they have four daughters, two granddaughters, and one grandson. Peter's enthusiasm lies in creating connections and helping customers discover the innovative solutions offered by NCP Industries. He is particularly excited about collaborating with the NCP team to develop an AIA (American Institute of Architects) accredited Continuing Education Program, providing valuable educational resources to professionals in the industry. Throughout his professional journey, Peter has amassed a wealth of experience and accomplishments. His career began in sales while attending Mankato State University, working at Valley Ski Haus. He then went on to hold sales, management, and buying positions at Terry Peak Ski & Sport in Rapid City, Deadwood, SD, and Billings, MT. For 16 years, Peter served as Sales/Manager/Buyer for Outpost Sunsport, a specialty ski and outdoor furniture store in Fort Collins, CO. During his tenure at Outpost, he had the opportunity to teach sailboarding, inline skating, and was a member of the Salomon Test Pilot Team, further expanding his skill set and knowledge. Peter's love for the outdoors and adventure is reflected in his personal life as well. He and his wife, Monica, have enjoyed the company of a lively Afghan Hound and two amazing rescue cats over the years. Currently, they find joy in the neighbor's dog, along with the daily visits of squirrels and birds to their backyard. Together, they explore their shared passion for cooking and experimentation with spices from around the world. Their love for travel has taken them on culinary adventures, allowing them to explore different cuisines and flavors. In his spare time, Peter indulges in bike riding, enjoying the scenic beauty of his hometown of Fort Collins. He is proud to have completed a challenging 14-mile bike ride on Highway 5, from Echo Lake to the observatory parking lot at an impressive altitude of 14,000 feet. He started his own concrete construction company, which he successfully sold in 2010 to focus on Natural Concrete Products, the precursor to NCP Industries. Over time, the company expanded its operations, diversified its offerings, and ventured into national markets, leading to a rebranding as NCP Industries. Outside of work, Ryan cherishes his family life. He and his wife, Booke, are proud parents of four children named Brenna, Luke, Zach, and Brock. They reside on an acreage near a small Nebraska town. Their family is completed by two Labrador retrievers and a lively group of chickens. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys engaging in outdoor activities.
