NAMI Jax is made up of people with mental illness, and families and friends of individuals with mental illness. We give support and friendship to each other, and share the knowledge gained through our own experiences - both successes and failures... NAMI provides a variety of resources to help you, no matter what you're going through. We offer support groups, classes, programs, and resources to connect you with what you need.
