PHYSICIAN'S CHOICE HEARING SOLUTIONS - Key Persons
Physician's Choice Hearing Center is excited to welcome audiologist David Regal, Au.D. to the practice. Dr. Regal specializes in hearing evaluations and advanced hearing device technology. He and his wife Sarah enjoy all that the Tampa Bay area has to offer, such as fishing, golfing and kayaking. His medical audiology expertise will ensure the best care for patients who may need a physician referral for appropriate management of hearing loss.
Dr. Regal will be at our Sun City office Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm, to ensure quick, flexible scheduling. Need an earlier or later appointment? He is willing to accommodate most schedules.
DJ is a licensed hearing aid specialist in the state of Florida, and a member of the International Hearing Society.
He has been helping people hear better for nearly 10 years. What DJ enjoys the most is to spend time educating his patients on hearing loss and the impact it has on one's life.
In his spare time, he enjoys doing all things outdoors. Beach, Biking, Boating. He does have a daughter Jordan who lives in Tampa too. He loves spending lots of time with her like going to a Lightning game. Go Bolts!!

Jim Lucas, our owner, acquired Physician's Choice Hearing Solutions in the fall of 2020. Before that Physician's Choice Hearing Solutions was two separate practices. Jim has been working in the audiology field all his life. Originally from Michigan, Jim's grandfather opened a family hearing practice in 1959. Jim was a part of this family business until this past year when he decided to relocate to Florida with his family and acquired Physician's Choice Hearing Solutions.
Jim is the owner of Physician's Choice Hearing Solutions and is also a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. Jim earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and has been helping people hear better for 25 years. Jim enjoys helping as many people as he can live an improved quality of life through better hearing. Helping people runs in his family, as Jim's grandfather opened his own hearing clinic in Michigan in 1959. Jim is proud to continue that legacy and help patients hear what they've been missing. Jim recently moved to Florida with his wife and young daughter. When he's not at work Jim enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, and occasionally playing golf.

John is a Hearing Instrument Specialist licensed in both Florida and Pennsylvania. He has a background in Psychology and spent years working with his parents who sold hearing aids in Lancaster, PA. Most of his patients were Amish and Mennonite and gave him a unique perspective for helping others.
John enjoys meeting new people and loves being able to help his patients. Being able to change people's lives in a positive way is incredibly rewarding for him. He believes hearing better is fun and he has a lot of fun working with his team and patients.
In his free time, John enjoys travelling and trying new things.
