Douglas A. Mullins was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in August of 2012. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Doug directs the organization's finance and accounting practices along with Information Technology and Facilities Management activities. ​Doug has been with Pressley Ridge for over eleven years and most recently served in the position of Senior Director of Finance and Contracts. He has extensive knowledge of organizational and program operations and has worked closely with Program Directors and Senior Directors for many years to assist in making Pressley Ridge programs fiscally viable.

Matt Millet

Matt Millet joined Pressley Ridge as Vice President of Development & Donor Engagement in August 2023. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all fundraising and development activities while working closely with the President & CEO, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders to build strong relationships with donors, identify new fundraising opportunities, and manage community engagement. Previously, Matt served as Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Robert Morris University (RMU) where he oversaw all fundraising and external operations. His creative leadership led to the successful completion of the RMU 100: Ready to Rise $113M campaign, the largest comprehensive campaign in school history. Before his time at RMU, Matt also spent time at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) and Delaware State University. Prior to higher education, Matt also served as Director of Corporate Partnerships for Floyd Hall Enterprises, owner of the Can-Am League Sussex Skyhawks and New Jersey Jackals minor league baseball clubs, and Director of Corporate Sales and Ticket Operations with the New Jersey Cardinals, Single A affiliate of Major League Baseball's St. Louis Cardinals. Matt holds a bachelor's degree from Robert Morris University ('99) and Master of Science degree from Delaware State University ('10) and currently resides in Sewickley, PA with his wife and three daughters.

Matt Mitchell

Matt Mitchell was named Executive Director of Ohio in 2018. As Executive Director of Ohio, Matt is responsible for all Ohio services including TFC programs in Southwest and Northeast Ohio and multiple community based programs in the same areas. Matt has worked for Pressley Ridge for more than twenty years, starting as a teacher and counselor before transitioning to several other positions such as treatment coordinator, therapist, clinical supervisor and program director.

Mr. Jesse J. McLean

Mr. Jesse J. McLean, Jr. is a human services professional with over 30 years of experience in Pittsburgh's nonprofit sector. Mr. McLean serves as Executive Director of Pennsylvania for Pressley Ridge, where he is responsible for overseeing the fiscal, operational, and clinical integrity of programs throughout PA and will help to support the advancement of the organization's mission and strategic positioning. Prior to joining Pressley Ridge, Mr. McLean served nearly 5 years as Executive Director of Every Child, Inc. In this role, he created a national presence for Every Child, Inc. with being awarded the "Organization of the Year" in 2012 by the National Alliance for Children and Families, now known as The Alliance for Strong Families and Communities. Mr. McLean currently serves as Co-Chair of the Advisory Committee for Greater Pittsburgh Nonprofit Council (GPNP), is a member of the Chief Operating Officer's roundtable for the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities, Advisory Board of Strong Women Strong Girls, Tickets for Kids, Higher Achievement, and Trustee board of New Hope Church. Over the years, Mr. McLean has had many honors, including the William H. Moore Award for Excellence in Education for his development of the V.U.L.C.A.N. program to prepare middle school students for college. He has also received the YWCA Racial Justice Award and Pittsburgh Circle of Courage Award and has been named one of the New Pittsburgh Courier's "50 Men of Influence." Jesse was presented with both the Distinguished Service Award and the Jennie A. Carter Award from by his alma mater, California University of Pennsylvania.

Simone Bramble

Simone Bramble joined Pressley Ridge as Executive Director of Maryland and Delaware in July 2022. She is responsible for all current and future programming and daily operations in the region. Simone has a 25 year history of serving children, youth and families. Her experience includes working directly with individuals and families in private practice, residential treatment and foster care programs. She has over ten years of experience in leading social service organizations in the state of Maryland. Simone has trained and presented in the areas of Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and has served in leadership positions on the Maryland Association of Resources for Families and Youth (MARFY) - an association of private child caring organizations providing foster care, group homes, and other services across Maryland. Simone earned a Bachelor's Degree from Macalester College and a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota.

Sonia Welch

As Pressley Ridge's medical director, Sonia Welch is responsible for creating and maintaining a collaborative physician team to be an integral part of clinical initiatives across the organization. She also continues to provide direct psychiatric services in our outpatient program in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, where she began her career with Pressley Ridge in 2016. Sonia completed training at Western Psychiatric Hospital in general psychiatry in 2009 and in child and adolescent psychiatry in 2011. Sonia holds a BS from University of California, San Diego, and an MD from Northwestern University. She is board-certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and serves on the board of directors for the Pittsburgh Regional Organization of Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists. Prior to working with Pressley Ridge, she has helped to fine-tuned clinical programming to provide a high standard of care in several Pittsburgh communities as the medical director at two community mental health organizations. She has also worked collaboratively with local pediatricians, providing co-located services in those offices. Sonia is originally from Southern California and currently resides in Western Pennsylvania, where she works part time as she raises her three young children.

Susanne L. Cole - CEO, Chairman, President

Susanne L. Cole was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Pressley Ridge in 2011. In this role, she is responsible for overall leadership for the strategic direction, fiscal, operational, and administrative management of the organization. Susanne has devoted her career to serving our most vulnerable children and families in our communities. She is passionate about helping those that face challenges reach their full potential. She began her career with Pressley Ridge in 1990 working directly with children and families in one of the many programs Pressley Ridge operates. Through the years, she has held a number of roles with increasing responsibility, including Executive Director of West Virginia and Virginia; Senior Vice President of Programs; and, most recently, Chief Operating Officer before becoming President and Chief Executive Officer. Susanne's career path has allowed her to experience the many facets of social services and community work from the ground level of operations through administration, policy and management. This has allowed her to develop expertise in the areas of Strategic Planning, Board Governance, Management/Leadership Development, Financial Planning, Program Operations, Marketing/Communications, Quality Improvement and Fundraising/Development. Susanne holds a Master's of Business Administration from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA as well as a Master's in Special Education and Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. Tina L. Myles - CHRO

Tina L. Myles was appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer in July of 2014. In this role, she is responsible for assisting in the implementation of the strategic goals of the organization, including talent acquisition and management, focusing on organizational development, and ensuring employees are equipped with the skills necessary to deliver the best service to the children and families we serve. Prior to coming to Pressley Ridge, Tina held positions including: Vice President of Human Resources and In-House Counsel for a dental services organization in New Castle, PA; Vice President of Human Resources for a global contact center organization in Dublin, Ohio; Sr. Director of Human Resources for a contact center organization in Akron, Ohio; and Manager of Employee Relations for Cuyahoga County, Ohio. ​In these roles, Tina was responsible for recruitment and hiring; performance development and evaluation; benefits and compensation; employee coaching, counseling and discipline; discharge and unemployment; workers' compensation; diversity and inclusion; and other areas involving state and federal compliance.
