A 125T Seriola Lalandi (Kingfish, Yellowtail) farm, is located in an agricultural production area, 30 minutes drive from Haifa and 1 hour drive Tel-Aviv - major local commercial markets. Currently, over 90% of Yellowtail fish in the Israeli market are imported frozen or defrosted. We support local economic stability with local production, creating jobs and using local suppliers and distributors... We cut the long and polluting supply chain of mostly frozen fish in half! We provide fresh fish within 6 hours road freight from water to plate... We provide chefs, restaurants, catering, and hypermarket chains with fresh, healthier-non-GMO, antibiotic-free, microplastic-free seafood in a local, sustainable environment.
