For some retailer's we can supply retrun postage as well as arranging a collection of the parcel from youyr original delivery address... If your parcel has not arrived, you can contact our customer servie team for an update and after a period of time we can help make a claim for missing parcels... Our system has a database of all deliveries we make, this information is destroyed after 6 months and Amazon orders within 30 days of entering our system.
