Overseeing the end-to-end financial operations, Daniela produces reports and leads the accounts team. A Malta native, she spent part of her early career working in the United States for PwC. A self-confessed over-caffeinated chocolate lover, Daniela is a big fan of spinning classes, English football, Italian food and Spanish fashion, and claims to have watched Grey's Anatomy in its entirety over 20 times.
Joseph is responsible for the technical developments of River Tech's products. He has extensive industry experience, including multiple years spent as Tech Lead and Solutions Architect.
The YouTube algorithm is one of Joseph's best friends, with his chosen viewing revolving around videos on cooking, restorations, carpentry and machining, frequently accompanied by a craft beer or a nice glass of wine.

Luke is at the vanguard of River Tech's technological evolution. The experienced IT professional is tasked with building the foundations of a robust, dynamic and creative environment while building a team fit to take the business to the next level. A fan of life on the open road, Luke tries to take to two wheels at least twice a week, while also enjoying a drive around the island once the kids have gone to sleep.
Luke has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, primarily dealing with local and international clients and managed services. His broad expertise across various technology sectors positions him as a key figure in shaping the group's strategic direction.

Rachel leads the implementation of compliance management, ensuring that areas of potential risk within River Tech's products and services are identified effectively. With extensive experience in communications and had formerly held a role at the Malta Gaming Authority.
Rachel loves to get out of the house to spend quality time with her friends and family and has perfected a simple recipe for happiness: nature in winter, beach in summer.
Shawn is central to formulating River Tech's business structure. A chartered accountant by profession, he is charged with the key role of assessing investments against cost efficiencies, ensuring that the Company consistently achieves and maintains operational profitability.
