While practicing in Europe Olga learnt and followed the principle that architecture should respond to its particular place and time. Since then for any new project she employs solutions that embrace the regional vernacular style with the simplicity and honesty of modernism. Furthermore, she believes all this should be done with modern materials and techniques that speak of today, but always look to the past for guidance and the future for inspiration. With 20 of professional experience in the disciplines of interior design and architecture Olga brings unique and broad insights to the firm, gathered from previous collaboration in architectural firms in Florida. Olga's work is well known for utilizing surrounding natural conditions, creative use of green buildingtechniques. In recent ten years with a concentration onhospitality work she has become recognized as one ofthe finest interior and building designers of boutiqueand Hyatt Place brand hotels in Florida. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards, among them Broward and Palm Beach Chapter of the American Institute of Architects Award for Excellence inOffice Building and Restaurant design. Reka is an emerging architecture professional with specialization in design and BIM; she managesthe office BIM operations, covering collaborativetechnologies blending Archicad, Revit, Photoshop, Artlantis studio, Autocad and Sketch Up. She holds an architecture degree from prestigious Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urban planning in Bucharest, Romania followed by engineeringstudies at SzentIstvan University Ybl Miklos Faculty ofArchitecture and Civil Engineering in 2011-2012. Vladimir graduated from University of Architecture & Construction, with a combined Master and Bachelor of Architecture degree in Sofia, Bulgaria. While working in Europe passive solar design has been elemental in his design philosophy. Sustainable architecture is further encouraged through Vladimir's work with a holistic approach to energy efficiency. Furthermore, working on numerous of World Bank projects he has had opportunities to developknowledge regarding sustainable building materials affecting environmentally sensitive clients. With twenty seven years of professional experience in the discipline of architecture Vladimir brings a great variety of expertise to development team in every project phase.Since he moved to Florida Vladimir has workedintensely on various commercial projects ranging fromoffice buildings in Sunny Isles and Boynton Beach touser specific facilities, mixed use and high-rise projectssuch as 24-Story Marina Palms.
