Janis has worked as a CPA and has been in several industries throughout her career. She was an accountant at FirstEnergy Corporation, a supervisor at a regional CPA firm where she specialized in medical practice consulting and accounting. After working as a CFO for one of her clients, she then went into consulting on her own in the medical practice industry and was eventually hired as a vice president in charge of developing hospital-owned medical practices at a Northwest Ohio Regional Hospital. In 2017, she opened Real Property Management Clarity Team. Janis is a graduate from Baldwin Wallace University and has a BA in Business Administration and an MBA.
John is retired from FirstEnergy Corporation after working there for 28 years. He held numerous management positions and was the Director of Accounting Systems when he left their employ. He consulted in the electric utility industry for a few years and then went into real estate sales in 2006. In 2017, he and Janis opened Real Property Management Clarity Team. John is a graduate of The University of Akron, has a BSIM, and did some post-graduate work at Baldwin Wallace University and The University of Akron.
