Danica Williams

Danica has spent the past two years working with us while she completes her studies at Deakin University. She is currently completing her architecure masters program, whilst opening our firm up to the world of social media. Danica is a highly capable graduate and valuable member of our team.

Paul Gardiner

Job Titles:
  • Architect
Over the past 10 years, Paul has worked in Bayside Melbourne as a Project Architect and has led a diverse range of projects varying in size from single residential dwellings up to multi-million dollar commercial developments, recently including a 60 place, $6,000,000 childhood early learning centre. Paul's interest in sustainable residential architecture led him to RTA.

Ryan Thompson

Job Titles:
  • Director
Ryan Thompson established the Geelong based architecture practice RT Architects (RTA) in 2013, now a busy studio that thrives on exceeding client and community expectations. Working personally with all clients has allowed Ryan to combine his care for design quality with his experience and understanding of sustainable design practices. The RTA legacy shall be defined by our care for the quality of spaces and design leadership within the architectural agency and beyond. A registered architect since 2006, Ryan has extensive experience in the design and delivery of ecologically focused community, commercial, education and residential projects. Ryan has honed his expertise through travel, study, 20 years of professional practice, mentoring and teaching. Leadership within the community is a legacy afforded by former mentors, who actively gave Ryan opportunities to present projects and principals of environmentally sustainable design within the community and various institutions.
