Dr. Amy L. O'Hara, NMD, completed her undergraduate studies in her home state of Michigan from Kalamazoo College with a BA in Psychology. During this time, she also studied abroad in Madrid, Spain, at the Instituto Internacional de España. As a senior undergraduate, Dr. O'Hara completed her senior thesis at the University of Michigan.
In 1995, seeking sunnier days, Dr. O'Hara moved to Arizona to pursue her new passion and interest in Naturopathic medicine, beginning in 1997 at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe. During this time, she also had dual enrollment within the Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine program, gaining an additional 2 years of clinical education and experience. In 2001, she graduated with a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine (NMD). The following year, she completed a residency in Oncology at the Aidan Clinic in Tempe, focusing on high-dose Intravenous Vitamin C therapy and Dendritic Cell therapy.
Beginning in 2002, she began private practice within a multidisciplinary clinic focusing on Women's Health and Family Practice. Looking for a change in 2005, Dr. O'Hara began her journey into Medical Aesthetics, becoming Medical Director at Dermacare of Ahwatukee, performing such treatments as dermal filler injection, Botox®, and laser procedures. After starting a family, she returned to a similar position in Mesa and has also practiced in North Scottsdale and Chandler. Her current practice includes an array of therapies, and she also contributes as an aesthetic injector trainer in North Scottsdale.
Dr. O'Hara loves to spend quality time with her clients and provides an array of rejuvenation medicine services, including hormone replacement, medical aesthetics, IV therapy, Chinese medicine, and laser treatments. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. O'Hara is grateful to be part of the Fusion family and truly believes the best way to create a healthier path is an integrative approach with an open heart and mind!

Dr. Harolyn Gilles is a board-certified Family Physician who thinks "outside the box" of mainstream Medicine. She practices an Integrative approach in which she seeks the underlying causes of symptoms to provide real long-term solutions, which promote healing, and not just symptom relief. She is a highly-skilled clinician who has completed advanced training in a variety of alternative and natural therapies; including Nutrition, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement, Aesthetic Procedures, and Stem Cell Therapies for aesthetics, pain relief, and sexual enhancements. Dr. Gilles utilizes a variety of cutting edge modalities to assist the body in healing itself. Most importantly, she listens to her patients, always mindful of treating them with respect, dignity, and compassion.
Upon graduation from Northwestern University School of Medicine, in Chicago, IL, she served on the faculty of Case Western Reserve School of Medicine and the University of Arizona School of Medicine. Dr. Gilles has nearly 40 years of practice experience, and has won many awards, including the "Best of Scottsdale Physicians and Surgeons Award" for the past 13 consecutive years, Top Docs in AZ, and is an honored member of "Cambridge Who's Who".
Joan Ardavanis is an amazing nurse practitioner who truly lives life and practices what she preaches. She is an excellent listener, kind, compassionate, but will use a tough-love approach to gently guide you to health and healing. When she is not with patients you can usually find her on the golf course, hiking, surfing, or spending time with her kids and grandkids. Her down to earth personality will put you at ease as she gives every patient an individualized experience.
Laura Gold has been a practicing clinical pharmacist for over 20 years. A graduate from St. John's University School of Pharmacy in Queens, NY and with an undergraduate education in compounding and natural medicine, Laura has served as a clinical pharmacist in various capacities within the pharmaceutical industry. After realizing the need for a balanced approach between natural and allopathic medicine, she founded and operated her own compounding and nutritional pharmacy in Peoria, AZ, developing into a complete wellness center housing multiple integrative practitioners. During this time, she advanced her training as a compounding pharmacist through the Professional Compounding Centers of America, and most recently became a Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners.
She believes that, as a pharmacist, she is offered the perfect opportunity to integrate and fuse naturopathic and allopathic medicine with the creation of Fusion Medical Care. Patients seek natural solutions to remedy their health, while practitioners are looking towards innovative, integrative care practices to aid patients. At FMC, Laura supports the clinical team in caring for members' pharmacological needs and serves as the patient's advocate. Her mission is to educate and empower patients to feel great and look amazing by promoting this model: "let your food be your medicine, your kitchen be your pharmacy, and your lifestyle be your doctor."
