Santa Francesca was started in Fairfield County Connecticut. We are now based in Raleigh North Carolina as Pizza Bro. We arrive about two hours before the event starts. The pizzas are hand stretched and topped all on-site and are cooked in just 90 seconds in a blazing wood fired oven. Santa Francesca would love to have the opportunity to be a part of your next special event... We create custom wood fired pizza in our mobile brick oven to cater events of any kind. Our pizza has the classic flavor and texture of Neapolitan pizza but with a crispier crust... We serve everything buffet style and it is all you can eat pizza for 3 hours of service. The combination of our passion for food, and design of our oven makes Santa Francesca your first choice for a unique gathering.
