Dr. Bhaskar Choubey is Chair - Analogue Circuits and Image Sensors, Faculty IV, University of Siegen, Germany. His research interests span a broad spectrum of analogue and mixed signal CMOS Design, MEMS, Neurophysiology, Nonlinear dynamics as well as allied topics like information society, entrepreneurship and higher education. He is part of Electronics Design Centre in Glasgow University, wherein we are trying to design novel sensors for commercial, biological and ecological applications.

Dr. Bibhuti is a Founder Director of Smartway Electronics Pvt. Ltd, an Electronics Research and Development Startup Company which works in the field of Medical Electronics, Embedded system and electronic hardware & Software related Research & Development. He has over 22 years of experience in electronic industry in India and Korea. Earlier, he worked as Director of TekBrains Pvt. Ltd, an ESDM company for about 10 years. Before that, he worked in Seoul(South Korea) over Six years in Chip design industry. He did his Ph.D in Nano Electronics from Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna and Developed a new material for LED. He has qualified M.Sc in Physics (Advance Electronics) from Patna University Patna. He also studied MBA(Marketing) from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune. He published several Research Papers in the national and International Journals. . His research on New Material for LED has been widely acknowledged and applied for Provisional Paten. He is the Managing Editor of the Jounal Manthan, An International Journal of Scientific Research and Innovation. He is founder of B.Brains Developemnt Society commonly known as BiharBrains which organises Bihar Science Conference, An International Conference on Science & Technology every year on the pattern of Indian Science Congress in the different universities of Bihar.

He has rich and diverse experience almost 3 decades (30 years) in the areas of Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and General Management. People Republic of China and Hong Kong.
