Steve Roensch is in his third decade of engineer expert witness service. He has testified in court and arbitration hearings, given deposition testimony and supplied legal team technical support. He has served as an expert witness on injury, death, loss and patent cases involving engineering product design and manufacturing defects. Steve has performed both defendant and plaintiff investigations, and has served as a product liability expert witness and as a personal injury expert witness... Steve specializes in stress analysis, finite element analysis, fatigue analysis and design optimization... For example, Steve has served as an expert witness on ROV (Recreational Off-highway Vehicle) cases. Other terms used for an ROV are UTV (Utility Task Vehicle), SSV or SxS (Side-by-Side Vehicle), or even ATV (All Terrain Vehicle). These vehicles require special consideration of design, stability and modes of injury.
