ST LUKE'S

St Luke's is a slightly larger than average primary school with approximately 280 children on roll, situated in the very centre of Tiptree. Children are split across 11 classes with three being split age range because of a previous school's admissions number of 45. The school itself has been at the heart of village life since being founded in 1863 and occupies the site immediately adjacent to St Luke's Church. We are very proud of our place within the local community, our Christian roots and the wider opportunities that we can offer the children as part of the Tiptree and Stanway Consortium. This is a school with a real sense of community... We aim to provide a curriculum that inspires, a learning environment that supports children of all abilities, opportunities out of the ordinary and the skills necessary for life in the 21st century. We want our children to live fully, laugh often, learn deeply, love as God loves them and let their light shine.
