Our company Founder Ayse Sine SERBES is a Naval Architecture, Marine engineer and Industrial Product designer who has 15 years of R&D, manufacturing and marketing experience on light duty workboats made up of HDPE.
In 2007 she met HDPE material while producing Camarc Design Aluminium Workboats in Duzgit Company. Duzgit Company which is at the same time an Agent Company was a customer of HDPE Agentboat which is one of the first HDPE boats in Turkey. As a customer, she attends research and development of the first HDPE boats in Turkey with a customer perspective. In between 2009 and 2014 years, Ms Serbes worked for Nekton Boat Company as an R&D and Design Manager. She has managed the certification Processes of the first Certificated HDPE boat on the world with an IACS Member Classification institute (RINA).
In 2015, Ms Serbes has been elected as innovator entrepreneur in Turkey and got prizes for the Synesis HDPE boat projects. Synesis Marine produced boats to Turkish well-known companies such as Asyaport, Karadeniz Holding, GİSAS, Celiktrans and fully fulfilled the commitments of the contract of the boats and built and export boats from Turkey to Switzerland and Africa.
