He also is a founding investor of Tahoma Enterprises, Inc. and continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors providing valuable guidance and insight from the first acquisition to the multi-unit holding company of today. Rich is presently the President of Dyer, Roche & Company, based in Wooster, OH. He has 30 years of experience in tax, treasury, accounting, and family wealthy advisory practices in closely held or family owned businesses. Prior experience includes Hartley Management Corporation as Executive VP & Chief Financial Officer and Financial Professional Services, Inc. as Senior Tax Manager. He obtained his B.A. - Accounting (Summa Cum Laude) at Mercyhurst College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Scott is a former Executive VP for Troyer Cheese and was elected as a Board Member. He is a Board Member of the Wilderness Center in Wilmot. In addition, he is a founding member and President of scouters of Holmes County, a non-profit that supports outdoor leadership training through The Boy Scouts of America. His hobbies include hunting, woodworking, and maple syrup production. Scott and his wife Melissa have four children and live in Millersburg, Ohio.
