I have an analytical mind and thrive on use of logic. I insist on using data to guide my decisions in order to ensure that a company's strategic vision translates into a profitable venture... I believe in people. I understand that a business depends on talented individuals working as a team. As such, I advocate for a strong recruiting & hiring process coupled with a robust training program for employee advancement.
