THE DELI FACTORY (PTY)

The Deli factory is well known for it's hot smoked salmon. Since we can remember our factory has been filled with the smoky smell of this delicious fish. The salmon is flown in from Norway delivered via our importer to the factory and loaded onto our smoking trays. Lightly sprinkled with coarse salt and pepper it enters the warm smoker filled with soaked wood chips. The process takes a few hours but the proof is in the pudding. In high season we smoke about 200 salmon's a day. During the rest of the year we fly our salmon all around South Africa to Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Pretoria...
