He was also a small business owner and sat on the boards for St. Francis Hospital Foundation, Wilmington Friends School, and the Concord Soccer Association. He works with them during each step of the journey to homeownership, from initial discussions to contract, close, and beyond.
Chris has a wide knowledge of the Delaware, Pennsylvania area, having grown up in Delaware and graduated from the University of Delaware. He has lived in North Wilmington, Newark, Mill Creek, Pike Creek, Centreville, Greenville, and Rehoboth Beach. Before his career in real estate, David lived in Los Angeles and New York working in the film and television industry. As a native to Delaware, she has a comprehensive knowledge of the area and utilizes that information when helping you with all of your real estate needs. Whether your family is expanding or downsizing, looking to upgrade or simplify, she works hard on the details of your real estate experience so it will be as simple, fun and stress-free as possible. Prior to real estate, Devon held a certification as a Graphic Artist and also as a Zumba instructor. During her down time, Devon enjoys reading great books and visiting new places with her family. Elyshia joined Andrea Harrington & Associates in 2016 as our Client Intake Specialist. She assists all of our incoming Buyers and Sellers with getting the initial process started for their transaction and works with them until they are assigned to an agent on our team. Elyshia also works on marketing initiatives and helps with company events and programs. Elyshia is a huge asset to our team!
Since 2008 Georgina has worked with the Mottola Group, a leading real estate group in Delaware. Prior to becoming a full-time agent, Kirstyn worked on the operational side as the team's licensed Transaction Coordinator. During this time, she helped manage hundreds of real estate transactions. This experience allowed her to learn all aspects of the buying & selling side of real estate in a very short time. Kirstyn strives to educate and always communicate with her clients so that they are confident and informed throughout the process of buying or selling their home. Her goal is to help you reach yours!
