Our team is specialized in modern vascular access which is a specialty that requires a specific body of knowledge and refined skills... Our mission is to advance the practice of vascular access to prevent infusion-related complications, improve the patient experience while reducing unnecessary cost and waste with poor practices... Your program will be tailored to the needs of the institution. Waste, i.e., PIV failure rate and CLABSI rate, will be identified and improvement strategies introduced. Our goal is for the patient to receive one Vascular Access Device per admission. We realize that for the modern, complex patient one device may not suffice, but we are committed to providing the absolute minimal number of devices per admission.
