Leslie has over 15 years' experience in recruitment, customer service, public relations, marketing, promotions, product development, sales, project and account management, and event planning . She offers excellent customer service by networking extensively with clients and candidates to build successful business to business relationships.
She was at USA Today Network/Athens Banner Herald, as a recruiter for 11 years. At her time there she helped local employers in the Athens, GA area to find qualified employees by providing full-service recruitment solutions for both employees and job seekers. Offering clients effective digital and print advertising channels, and great customer service to find the right candidates for her clients.
Introducing Matt Wagner: Matt is working in partnership with Xec-T for Freight & Logistics in Brisbane and the wider local region. He brings with him a wealth of experience, beginning back in 1994 in the UK. Having relocated to Australia in 2007 from South Africa, where he recruited executive roles in technical &engineering industry, initially in NSW before moving to Brisbane where he now resides.
In 2015 Matt started his own Recruitment agency encompassing Technical &Engineering, providing bespoke recruitment solutions to the transport, defence and manufacturing industries. Due to his local network and solid high level recruitment experience, Matt was the obvious choice for Xec-T to partner with.

Her reputation in the Freight industry meant that she was the perfect choice for developing our North American market. With a strong network of freight professionals in North America and Canada - Pam is able to offer a quick and precise solution for our clients.

With over ten years working in the freight & logistics industry, working for some of the largest Global 3PL companies, Rav is one of the few consultants that has genuine industry background in selling logistics solutions globally.
Based out of Canada, Rav joined Xec-T in which she utilise her knowledge of the market and contacts in the industry to infiltrate global forwarders and aid them in finding the best talent in the market.
With a background coming from freight sales, Rav is building a reputation as the freight product knowledge specialist for both Clients and candidates alike.
