Andreea Reaney

Andreea has over 8 years' experience in managing commercial property space, with an historic focus on listed buildings. She also has previous experience in managing a large portfolio of residential properties. At Trinova, Andreea's responsibilities include Health & Safety Compliance, preparing service charge budgets and monitoring expenditure. In addition, she is responsible for managing trade contractors and utilities suppliers and as well as general and repairs and maintenance across the portfolio. BA (Hons) in Business Administration, Marketing and Management from Nottingham Trent University, 2011.

Andrew Williams

Annelies Harte

Annelies joined Trinova with over 20 years experience gained in various industries spanning from Leisure to Banking, Individual to Board level support for start-ups as well as Global Companies with its main focus on Client Service. At Trinova, Annelies is responsible for HR & IT and supports the Compliance Department.

Anthony Kozcan - CFO

Job Titles:
  • Head of Finance
8 years of experience in finance, focusing on investment, development and property management. At Trinova, Anthony heads up our corporate finance team where he is responsible for preparing monthly reports for the board, producing annual financial statements, filing returns to HMRC and ensuring the day-to-day financial needs of the company are met. Prior to Trinova, Anthony worked at Greystar Europe where he held roles in both the financial control and financial planning & analysis teams. With a remit coving over 30,000 units and over 10 development projects across six countries throughout Europe, Anthony has plenty of experience in the residential space. Most notably he was involved in the accounting behind the developments of Greenford Quay and 10 Degrees Croydon in London and DC Tower in Vienna. Anthony is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He also holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Exeter.

Ciaran Moriarty

Previously, Ciaran spent 3 years as Senior Client Accountant at Lambert Smith Hampton where he was responsible for the management accounts of several large MNC's with a combined rent roll of over £15 million PA. Claude Toms

Claude joined Trinova in mid-2022 with 6 years' worth of international experience in various sectors ranging from Hospitality to Corporate. From Junior to Senior roles in start-up and established firms with a primary focus on Client Service. Forming part of the corporate finance team, Claude is responsible for all Trinova-related client reporting, working closely with the asset, finance and property management departments to ensure all reports are accurate, up-to-date and complete.

Davina Blandford

Davina has 12 years' experience working in commercial real estate gaining experience in the management of complex asset portfolios including office, retail, industrial and business parks. At Trinova, Davina heads-up the Property Management team and oversees the day-to-day operations of the rapidly growing managed portfolio with rent collection of over £27 million and service charge budgets in excess of £6 million. Davina qualified as a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2013. She also holds a Masters in Urban Regeneration (MSc) from Sheffield Hallam University and Degree in Geography (BA Hons) from Sheffield University.

Edmund Costello

Harriet Walton

6 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry, focusing on design, investment and asset development. ​ At Trinova, Harriet is responsible for analysing and supporting the transaction of real estate investment in the student housing sector across the UK. In addition, she supports the asset management team in developing the business plans for each student accommodation asset. Harriet also supports in formulating residential investment strategies for exiting and new equity mandates. Prior to Trinova, Harriet worked at one of the UK's largest architectural practices, Foster and Partners, focusing on both residential and hotel schemes in the UK and Middle East. ​ Harriet holds a BSc and Msc in Architecture from UCL, is a chartered architect and member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. She has recently passed CFA (level 1) and is currently working towards CFA (level 2)

At Trinova, James is responsible for deal sourcing, investment analysis, transaction execution, dispositions of real estate private equity and debt investments across the UK, Eurozone and US. In addition, he supports the Investment Management team with managing relationships with investors and setting up new investment strategies. Prior to joining the firm, James spent more than 2 years as an Investment Analyst in the Global Investment team at Capstone Asset Management, one of Korea's largest independent real estate investment managers. James graduated from the University of Oxford with an MSc degree in Sustainable Urban Development with a specialisation in real estate and infrastructure. James completed his undergraduate intercollegiate studies at London School of Economics and King's College London.

Jenna Davies

Jenna has over 10 years' experience within the commercial real estate industry, Jenna most recently worked at M&G plc a global investment manager listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index, Jenna previously spent 4 years gaining extensive experience across the Central London office market, at JLL, advising occupiers and landlords across their portfolios. Jenna also has overseas experience, spending time working for Cushman & Wakefield in Sydney, Australia, gaining in-depth experience across different jurisdictions. Jenna also holds a BSc Hons degree from the University West of England and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Mike McCarrick

Mike joined Trinova with 17 years experience in Client and Advisory Asset Management Mike most recently spent 7 years with Workspace Group, an award winning FTSE 250 REIT that specialises in flexible-lease business centres. Mike has direct, hands-on experience in creating working environments that meet the needs of modern occupiers. He previously worked for Resolute Asset Management, compiling and executing recovery business plans for distressed real estate assets across Europe, and also for a private, UK based real estate investor with a highly intensive portfolio of industrial and office assets. Mike holds a MSc in Surveying from the University of Reading, and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Nilesh Joshi

Nilesh has over 20 years' experience working as a Property Manager and Asset Manager in commercial real estate for various companies such as JLL, Deutsche Bank and LSH as well as HNW family offices. At Trinova, Nilesh is a Senior Property Manager managing a number of buildings within the portfolio. He understands the needs of both our clients and their tenants and takes a proactive approach to the management of our clients Portfolios. Nilesh is a qualified Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He holds a Degree in Land Management (BSc Hons) from the University of East London.

Ravi Singh

Ravi Singh has over 13 years of experience working in Property Accounting. 17 years' experience in Property Finance specialising in the Commercial office and Residential sectors but also with a broad range of experience in the Retail and Social Housing sectors in the UK. Ravi's key focus is on the Property Finance team's delivery of monthly financial reporting, VAT reporting, and service charge year-end reconciliations. In addition, monitoring cashflows, tenants' rent collections, contractors' payments, lease input and system enhancements.

Responsibilities: At Trinova Real Estate, Stephen is part of the Investment Team, based in Brussels, and provides coverage across Continental Europe and the US as well as the UK. Prior Experience: Stephen has over 15 years of experience in real estate with a pan-European track record in acquisitions/disposals, asset management and financing. Stephen started his career at BDO, within the audit and real estate teams. Following on from that he worked for Bank of Ireland REIM and Kennedy Wilson Europe where he transacted over 500m worth of Irish, UK and European commercial property and loan portfolios. Academic Experience: Stephen is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland and has a BA (Hons) in Economics from University College Dublin.

Thomas Brown

Tom has 2 years experience within the real estate industry across investment, asset and fund management at Trinova Real Estate and formerly Providence Developments. At Trinova, Tom is primarily responsible for analysing and supporting the transaction of real estate assets across the UK and Europe. In addition, within the Investment Management team he assists with investor relations, fund management and investment strategy research. Tom also works to support the Asset Management team with the execution of asset management activities across the UK portfolio. Tom has recently completed an MSc Real Estate Investment at Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School in London, graduating with Merit. During his year of study, he represented the Bayes Real Estate Club as President, and now sits on the alumni advisory board. Tom completed his undergraduate studies at Durham University, graduating with a BSc Finance.

Victor Alarsa

11 years of real estate experience, specializing in BTR, Co-Living and Hotels. ​ At Trinova, Victor is responsible for financial modelling and underwriting transactions for Trinova's residential platform Tribell, in the student housing, PRS and BTR segments across the UK, as well as supporting asset management activities. Prior to Trinova, Victor worked at YOO Worldwide, focusing on underwriting, deal sourcing, acquisitions and development of BTR, Co-living, and Holiday Accommodation in the UK and Europe. ​ Prior to this Victor worked for a boutique residential developer in Sao Paulo city, Brazil, as an Acquisition Manager focusing on high-end residential Build-to-Sell assets in Sao Paulo city. ​Victor holds an MBA from Cranfield University, and a BA in Architecture and Urbanism from University of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
