Richard is a qualified chartered Surveyor with over 20 year's experience in the licensed and leisure sector. He works with a mix of corporate and private clients on both acquisitions and disposals.

Victoria is regularly retained to act for operators including Cote, Bills, Yo! Sushi, Tortilla and Nando's. Victoria has over 20 years of experience in the industry.
