Alex Winchester

I delight in finding ways to make the business more efficient, operating creatively where strategy and technology intersect. I am focused on simplifying and streamlining our operations to ensure that our business is efficient. We deliver swiftly and safely so our customers receive a consistently high quality of service. From my background in engineering design combined with a career, much of it spent overseas, I have a very broad skillset and experience in providing services and helping people to achieve more and turning around performance. I bring an independent and unique perspective to the Leadership Team.

Gita Keshvara - CFO

As a Finance Director my role involves management of the overall Finance department. This involves overseeing the central reporting team, contract-based finance teams and the accounts receivable and payable functions. We ensure that the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation. In my role I am passionate about working with various stakeholders, providing strategic and financial guidance that helps the business make key decisions for long-term growth and sustainability. I am a qualified accountant with over 17 years' experience in various industries and take pride in helping achieve the company's financial commitments ethically and with integrity.

Jim Daughton - COO

I have 15 years' experience leading and delivering integrated highways services arrangements. I am also fully committed to ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our people and teams while delivering high quality, cost-effective and sustainable services on behalf of our clients. I believe in delivering on our commitments - to do what we say we're going to do. This approach will enable us to build on our successes to date and maximise the opportunities that being part of Milestone Infrastructure presents as we grow and evolve our current portfolio of work, across markets and sectors.

Mark Shopland - COO

The motivation for me remains the same now as when I first started the role as Operations Director over four years ago. I am passionate about creating opportunities for people to develop, to grow and to make the absolute best of their ability. I joined the Milestone Infrastructure Senior Leadership team in August 2019 as Operations Director having been with Skanska for more than five years. I have more than 30 years operational experience in highways having held senior roles in both public and private sector client and delivery roles.

Tim Ryall - Chief Commercial Officer

As Commercial Director I am responsible for all the disciplines within the Commercial and Procurement functions. We deal with legal contracts and professional procurement, leading to successful financial delivery. I like to operate across the full range of our operations as I believe operational knowledge and understanding are essential to commercial success. To do this I need to ensure we work collaboratively with all our stakeholders to deliver on our goals.
