Barbara has over thirty years' experience in the fields of strategy, policy, managing projects and communication. After working as a Community Development Co-ordinator for the Borough of Oldham, she held a position as a Communication and Place Identity Strategist at Agency Spring in Manchester. She is currently a director and co-founder of Agency Psi- an agency that focuses on construction industry marketing and sales support with expertise in architects/specifiers. She is also a writer, qualified counsellor and social scientist.
Jon has over 20 years of experience working nationally in housing and regeneration. He has held senior roles at kpmg, property developer igloo and Manchester city council. He has also held board positions at housing organisations including Darlington building society and Nottingham City Homes and chaired the North East Lincolnshire Strategic Housing Partnership and HouseMark.

Tom has been an architect for more than 20 years. He spent the early part of his career at Nightingale Associates, before moving to Denton Corker Marshall and later Hodder+Partners where he was associate director for 12 years.
Throughout his career, Tom has been involved in the design of public buildings, as well as numerous large scale student accommodation, hotel and residential blocks in the north west, including the conversion of Brunswick Mill and the redevelopment of the award-winning Duncan House. He was also involved in the redevelopment of the Athletes' Village in Stratford, London post the 2012 Olympics.
