CHRISTA L. COXON

Christa L. Coxon is a Novi High School Graduate, with a B.A. from Indiana University-Bloomington. She went on to study law at IU, including study in Dublin, Ireland, and Prague, Czech Republic and a Public Interest Law Fellowship at the Clark County Circuit Court Pro Bono Advocates Domestic Violence Advocates Clinic in Chicago. After completing her JD, Christa went on to work as a lobbyist in Washington, DC, and for the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in Virginia. She co-founded and managed the GAAP Project known as Lawyers for Equal Access of Metro Detroit-- LEAD from 1998-2001, and has worked for firms such as Hoffman & Wartell in Southfield, Michigan, and Harris & Literski in Brighton, Michigan. With experience in commercial real estate, public interest law, and international human rights issues, Christa is able to bring her unique experience to the mediation table and the courtroom in her effort to assist her clients.
