Danielle Mullen

Job Titles:
  • Associate
  • INS. VERIFICATION / AUTHORIZATION Specialist
Danielle Mullen has an Associate of Science degree in Business Management through Georgia Highlands College. With over 13 years experience in her chosen field, her work history includes a 6 year tenure with the Department of Revenue (DOR), 2 years as a Tax Examiner followed by 4 years as Executive Office Manager for the Alcohol and Tobacco unit. During this time, Danielle has been on staff at her church and continues to serve her church community today. Danielle's heart is for women's ministry. After leaving the DOR, Danielle wanted to do more for her community. Having asked God how to serve, she and several close friends opened an organization to aid in the long term recovery of survivors of sex trafficking. She took the title of Case Management working directly with each survivor to help re-build their lives. Although she is no longer on staff, she still actively advocates for survivors and the organization as a whole. Danielle has been a part of the Cross-Over Therapy Billing team since March 2021. She works closely with each clinic to obtain insurance verifications and authorizations. She was drawn to the company because of the heart for Christ and to do His work. She is very excited to be a part of this growing team and looks forward to experiencing how God will use COTB to further His kingdom. Danielle is married to Josh Mullen and has two little girls, August (oldest) and Ellie. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family. She has also been leading worship for over 15 years at her church. Danielle and Josh love volunteering with Awakened Ministries, a local ministry that serves residents staying in motels by providing food, prayer, and local resources. She is also a part of the leadership team for a community women's ministry, LTN.
