Mr. Ferry is Vice President of Ellavoz Impact Capital, which sponsors and manages the Ellavoz Shared Values Opportunity Fund and the Ellavoz Impact Angel Network. Chris has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, management and marketing. He graduated Monmouth University with a B.A. in Political Science and received his M.A. in International Relations from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Ferry began his professional career as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Lions Head Holding Corporation and was the principal sales associate for Orchard Crest, a 206-unit single family development in Wall Township, New Jersey. He later became Senior Vice President of the Corporation, responsible for all aspects of the building process. Mr. Ferry was the co-founder and President of Platinum Title, a full-service agency. After 10 years of growth, Mr. Ferry successfully sold the business and has since invested in a number of startup companies in technology, health care and real estate. Mr. Ferry currently has ownership in a number of closely held commercial real estate companies in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Mr. Ferry's professional experience includes early stage development, construction, and property management. In marketing, he has held a number of senior level positions with an emphasis on business development, digital marketing and branding. Locally, Mr. Ferry has volunteered and served on a number of Board positions, including a township housing stabilization control board and as an Executive Board member for Wall Soccer Club for over 15 years. Edward Dimon is a managing partner at Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Saks, LLC. At his firm, Mr. Dimon oversees that the legal team advice is grounded upon research, pragmatism and cost-effective resolution. His wealth of experience includes serving as First Assistant Prosecutor in Ocean County, New Jersey; Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, Chase Manhattan Bank and Kidder Peabody. Mr. Dimon's areas of expertise in law include, Business Sales and Acquisitions as well as complex securities transactions. Mr. Dimon received his undergraduate degree from Holy Cross and his law degree from Boston College. He was admitted to the New Jersey and Massachusetts Bar in 1971.

George Parnell is the Vice President of the Ellavoz Shared Values Opportunity Fund. He served as Managing Partner at Parnell Law, PLLC in NYC as well as an Adjunct Professor of Transactions at Tulane Law School. George has advised multiple client senior leaders on a diverse range of deals inclusive of early stage venture capital investments, majority investments, acquisitions and disposals to large multi-billion-dollar acquisitions. He has had extensive experience representing and working both in-house and as outside counsel to entrepreneurs, international drinks, foods, chemical, manufacturing and consumer products companies. George's expertise is focused on: entity governance, M&A transactions, organizational transformation, contract review, international and domestic private equity, venture capital, media and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Hutchins is the Managing Director of the Ellavoz Shared Values Opportunity Fund and President & CEO of Ellavoz Impact Capital. The company sponsors and manages the Ellavoz Shared Values Opportunity Fund and the Ellavoz Impact Angel Network. He is a retired Partner of WithumSmith+Brown which is a regional CPA firm with approximately 1,300 employees. He graduated from St. Peter's College and began his professional career with Price Waterhouse & Co., in Hackensack, New Jersey. Prior to combining his accounting practice with WSB, he was managing partner of Hutchins, Farrell, Meyer & Allison. Mr. Hutchins is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Mr. Hutchins was cofounder and executive chairman of Biofortis, Inc. (www.biofortis.com), a bioinformatics company which acquired IP from Johns Hopkins University and subsequently was sold to a NYSE company in 2018.
