Amelia is a registered Lawyer specialising in Property, Planning and Environment law. Amelia has a strong interest in Climate Change and Social Justice, and aims to empower Investors and Advisers to make more informed decisions.

Derryk Madsen

Derryk heads Business Development for a Boutique Investment Banking firm. He has more than 20 years of experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets, and Business Development. The majority of his time has been spent helping mid-to-large sized Asset Management firms raise capital through both public and private offerings. Derryk has a passion for innovation and serves as an advisor for Ethos.

Jennifer Coombs

As leader of Ethos' client success team, Jennifer "Jenny" Coombs works to deepen the relationships with our users and helps financial advisors, asset managers and wealth managers build out competencies in ESG reporting and analysis. She is also an adjunct professor with The College for Financial Planning where she is well-known as the creator, lead author, and lead instructor for the Chartered SRI Counselor™ (CSRIC®) designation program, developed in partnership with US SIF, as the first professional financial education program on sustainable investing in the United States. Jenny has nearly two decades of experience in financial services, and holds a Master of Science in Finance (MSF) and Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance and Political Science. She currently resides in her home state of Vermont, where in her free time she enjoys traveling, golfing, painting, cooking, foraging in the woods, and spending time with her two cats, Zuzu and Miso.

Luke Wilcox

Luke is responsible for leading product, data, and the overall organization at Ethos ESG. Prior to founding Ethos in 2019, Luke led consulting engagements with McKinsey & Company. He previously helped lead social impact organizations focused on human rights, and brings a background in social impact measurement and software development. In his free time, he enjoys being in nature with his family, running and biking, and reading.

Manish Shah

Manish leads engineering efforts at Ethos ESG. He has over 20 years of experience in building software and leading development teams. Before Ethos ESG, Manish was leading a development team across several industries, including design, architecture, and strategy. In his free time, Manish spends time with his family and enjoys traveling.

Matt Geiser

He has led sales, been on founding teams, merged companies, and fundraised millions in the tech industry. In his free time, he enjoys being outside cycling, walking, or playing hockey on a nearby pond in the winter.

Nathan Fradley

Nathan is an RIAA Certified Ethical Financial Adviser, Chair and Founder of the XY Ethics Committee, a Financial Standard 50 Most Influential Advisers in Australia, Speaker, and Climate Change Activist. He Co-Founded Lime Financial Planning, which sold to Tribeca Financial in December 2021, where he now works as a Senior Financial Adviser. He is focused on helping advisers meet their clients' expectations and values and the Code of Ethics when considering investment recommendations.
