With nearly 30 years of professional experience, Angele directs the Grants Management, Community Planning, and Right of Way Management business units. She brings in-depth knowledge of customer relationship management and an experienced understanding of the political landscape. With a deep-rooted belief in growing an organization through investment in human capital, Angele has solidified Civix's position as a leader in disaster recovery and grants management solutions.

Brittany is an attorney turned experienced corporate counsel and business director. After starting her career in a traditional law firm, she knew with her background in business - both by degree and working experience - that she had more to offer. Her passion is seeing businesses thrive and helping facilitate those successes. She has directed and collaborated with internal departments from marketing, data analysis, human resources, and finance, leading teams in a wide range of business transactions. Brittany has in-depth experience in reviewing a variety of contracts, including nondisclosures, licensing, marketing, partnership, SaaS, vendor documents, and government agreements. She offers a unique approach by being able to look at a document from both business and legal perspectives. She's also highly experienced in litigation, mediation, managing outside counsel, and protecting intellectual property through trademarks. As Chief Corporate Counsel, Brittany manages Civix's legal team with a focus on contract negotiations, intellectual property, compliance, global HR situations for risk management, and M&A transactions. In the community, Brittany volunteers at Give Kids the World and is on the Board of Directors for the Association of Corporate Counsel. Brittany is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors in Business Administration. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the Florida A&M College of Law, where she was the Valedictorian of her class.

For nearly 30 years, Dave has led innovative finance teams across a wide variety of industries including software, hardware, manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, petroleum, retail, and hospitality. A teacher by nature, he believes mentoring the next generation of leaders to be an important part of his role. His professional career as Controller and later CFO produced a strong accounting background well suited to ERP design and reporting management. He's also a lean manufacturing green belt, grant writer, and has a long history of working with economic development agencies. Those underpinnings enable him to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving Civix forward and creating lasting value for our organization. Dave grew up in New York along the Canadian border but has called Florida home since 2011. He's a father to three grown children and several grandchildren. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. In is free time, he enjoys travel and time on the water, fishing.

With an extensive background in airport management and consulting, Tim joined Civix in 2011. He quickly assumed the lead within our Transportation business unit and has been instrumental in broadening Civix's pursuit of diverse airport and transit agency work. Tim is a past Director of Airports for the County of San Diego, managing eight airports and three large industrial parks. He also served as Airport Manager for the City of Santa Monica and as Assistant Airport Manager for the City of Hayward, CA. He is a licensed pilot and volunteers his time flying scientists and environmentalists to observe coastal and offshore environments and assess damage from natural disasters.

Growing up in a military family, Tom learned early on the value and strength of living a passionate, mission-driven life. He has used that passion and focus throughout his more than two decades working in and around the public sector. Throughout his career, Tom has sought to streamline and improve various governmental operations, giving elected officials and professional public servants the ability to focus on their true passions - improving the communities they serve and live in. This narrow focus has led to national and international recognition. In his role as CEO, Tom is leading organizational transformations aimed at uniting legacy brands, driving product development, and managing company growth. Prior to joining Civix, Tom served as General Manager of Public Administration at CentralSquare Technologies, leading a team that provided software and services to over 3,000 government agencies across North America. Tom has led several mergers and acquisitions and championed new strategies to manage a variety of businesses and their unique cultures. Tom lives with his wife in the Orlando, Florida area and has three adult children. He completed his undergraduate degree at Palm Beach Atlantic University and received his MBA from the University of Florida.
