Jax Lanzo

Jax is a sensitive architect as well as a skillful lighting designer. He obtained his professional degrees both from France and from Germany. He has done numerous projects in Europe, Mid-East, Asia, and Africa, ranging from commercial, office, industrial, housing, and infrastructure. In addition, he has completed various architectural and interior design projects for private and public clients. Jax is highly experienced in all sectors of lighting design, including urban and landscape lighting, architectural facade lighting, and lighting for stage, exhibits, and special events.

Kevin Xiang

Kevin is a talented architect with an unmatched passion for design. He sees poetry in a built environment and spatial forms. Kevin is also a planner, well organized in putting pieces together, and methodically carries out a pre-conceived process. In addition, he is an excellent project manager and team leader to motivates fellow designers and serves the most challenging client. Kevin's work covered many Chinese provinces and cities and included various project types, including retail, resort, civic, science and research, and residential buildings.

Mr. Doug Tran

Doug received his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas in Arlington. He has been with G+SaaN since 1999 and serves as a principal and senior electrical engineer. In addition, Mr. Tran has been a registered professional engineer (P.E.) for more than 25 years. He has been involved in various projects, including libraries, hospitals, university buildings, churches, research laboratories, clean rooms, performance halls, industrial plants, pools and recreational facilities, and high-rise commercial office buildings. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Texas Society of Professional Engineers, and IEEE.

Ms. Cheryl Baylie

Cheryl has over thirty-five years of experience in building engineering and mechanical system design. Her career spans many building types and infrastructure facilities, including central plants, thermal distribution systems, hospitals, research laboratories, schools, universities, churches, art performance halls, industrial plants, commercial buildings, pharmaceuticals, and semiconductor fabrication facilities. The list goes on. She conducts feasibility studies, evaluation studies and performs complete technical consulting services. Cheryl is a principal and chief mechanical engineer for G+SAAN. She develops design concepts, designs thermal generation, heating, ventilating and air conditioning, plumbing, process piping, and fire protection systems, prepare specifications, and assists with field observation. Cheryl serves as engineer-of-record and maintains communication with clients throughout the design, construction, and warranty periods.

Nils Muller

Nils is a superhero designer dedicated to improving the quality of urban lives around the world. He is a city planner, an urban designer, an architect, and a landscape designer. Nils has an integrated approach to design. He does design sketches on the fly and is used to analyze the existing site conditions and find the best solutions to design problems. He would examine city streets by studying the shapes of urban blocks and imagine the best forms of individual buildings for the urban context. He can make the large-scale space small and small-scaled spaces unified with the large whole.

Rick Jin

Rick is a registered architect in the State of Texas with over twenty-eight years of professional experience. He has completed various projects in North America, Asia, Middle East, and Africa and done project types ranging from infrastructure, civic, technology, commercial, tourism, and habitat projects. Rick is a member of the American Planning Association (APA) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He also served as an urban design advisory committee member for the City of Dallas. Rick is a versatile designer in the field of architecture and urban planning. In addition, he is a skillful project manager, especially on large and complex projects, for both public and private clients. Rick is the founding partner of SAAN-Dallas and the Beijing office of G+SAAN. He was named an"Outstanding Entrepreneur" in the 3rd Summit of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs in China.
