Our prefab units are crafted from wood grown in reforestation projects in Nicaragua. We have planted over 1 million trees to date, capturing carbon and restoring landscapes... Masaya Homes makes renewable prefab tiny homes, studios and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU's) from teak and other hardwoods we grow on deforested cow pastures. Masaya's prefabs are carbon negative as we turn the carbon captured (wood) in our reforestation projects into your perfect backyard studio or rental house ADU... We grow high quality teak in sustainable tree farms. We produce decking, flooring, doors, and cabinets from our resistant and beautiful teak wood.
