HOME of Somerset County, Inc. provides a continuum of care for homeless families with children. From emergency shelter through our housing-based programs, professional services are supplemented by a large community support network. Professional staff and volunteers provide basic services in a supportive and respectful way that stresses human dignity and empowerment... In partnership with the YMCA, HOME provides 50% tuition for childcare and pre-school aged children at the Somerville YMCA location. Clients are able to qualify for 50% tuition, which enables children in our emergency shelter program access to quality and safe childcare services at no cost to the family. Generous support from private donors and foundations ensure that our low-income children have the opportunity to build a healthy educational foundation...
