Jack started out like most in the industry hustling out of the big box commercial gym scene. Since then he has worked with thousands of men and women over a 16 year period within the health and fitness industry. In 2014 he founded one of the first group training facilities and personal training studios in Melbourne before more recently opening the doors of Jungle HQ at the end of 2019.
As a coach Jack has become an industry leader having worked with clients including celebrity actors, international models, elite athletes and high performing CEO's however has a passion for helping members amongst the general population find better health, lose weight and double their energy.
