We have established an audit committee with written terms of reference on 24 January 2011. The audit committee consists of three independent non-executive Directors, namely: Mr. Andreas Varianos, Mr. Yang Ruimin and Ms. Zu Rui. Mr. Andreas Varianos is the chairman of the Audit Committee. The primary duties of the audit committee are to assist our Board in providing an independent view of our financial reporting process, internal control and risk management system, oversee the audit process and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by our Board.
