Bjoern's affinity for Fintech started during his time at McKinsey. He then held various C-suite roles of fast-growing startups, including CPO of the neobank Velvon, as well as COO of the unicorn Knuspr. Bjoern believes that talented minds not having the same access to education purely because of where they were born is a social injustice. He also believes that wasted potential is one of the greatest tragedies of our time, and hurts the development of our global society.
Denitsa studied in Germany, has a history of working with multiple startups and is our accounting extraordinaire. Besides numbers, Denitsa is passionate about supporting female entrepreneurship and enjoys travelling.
Evgenii is a serial entrepreneur, having launched four businesses since 2014. He is a HSG alumni, but personally experienced the challenges of migrating from a developing country to Switzerland for his Masters. Evgenii is determined to make high quality education more financially accessible for students from low income countries. Evgenii mentors our Lendorse students to help them find meaningful employment post-graduation. He firmly believes that education should not be a luxury only for those that can afford it.

Hannah is an ex-commercial banker having worked at NAB in Sydney and Metro Bank in London, before moving into the VC accelerator space at Techstars, where she co-ran several startup accelerators.
Hannah has an Income Share Agreement herself with the Australian Government, and values the impact that it has had on her ability to study abroad in Switzerland and Canada.She cares about financial literacy for youth, supporting initiatives that ensure girls and women have access to education, and circular economies.

Having also moved from a developing country, Igor has a PHD in Finance at HSG. He now lectures for University of Zurich and helps Lendorse build its underwriting model and income prediction engine. Igor is also a proud dad and a film afficiando!
Mattea is studying International Business Administration, specializing in Economic Development and Cooperation. With a background in sales, marketing, startup acceleration and student entrepreneurship, she is driven by a passion for addressing societal challenges through innovative solutions and entrepreneurship.
Stoyan has a background in HR and employer branding, as well as entrepreneurial experience in founding his own translation startup. Stoyan is interested in ensuring everyone has the opportunity to pursue the career of their dreams, no matter where they were born.
Uwe spent 10 years + in UBS Legal in banking, financial services, regulatory projects and strategic initiatives. Uwe heads our legal department at Lendorse covering a broad range of topics. He is interested in the Lendorse mission, and how Lendorse is disrupting the fintech scene with its innovative Income Share Agreement approach.
Zsolt has 10 years + experience in an international banking group having worked in both planning and controlling roles. Zsolt is also our data guru, and enjoys sharing meaningful insights through financial modelling, data analysis and preparing plans and forecasts.
