MARKET - Key Persons

Annie Larner

Local. Leader. Larner. That about sums it up when it comes to our Annie. As a diehard, lifelong Longmontian, this fearless broker has ingrained herself in the fabric of her community by taking ownership, making friends and hustling like the eternal entrepreneur that she is. In fact, we used Annie's real estate marketing business for years before convincing her to join our team. She's a CU Boulder grad (with degrees in communication and Germanic studies…cool, ja?), and has worked in business services her entire career. Annie is a prolific singer (eine Sängerin) in a community choir and at birthday parties, a mother of two boys (eine Mutter) with whom she loves to cook and play board games, and a co-host of a podcast (we don't know how to say that in German) focused on what's up in Longmont. So, who better to help you find a property around here?

Ashley Kaufman

Job Titles:
  • Chief Number Cruncher
You know what they say: more money, more problems. Well, "they" couldn't be more wrong when Ashley Kaufman's on the scene. This mother of two and former corporate finance pro worked her magic for an aerospace company, the burrito slingers at Chipotle, and Ball Corp's aluminum can sector before becoming her own boss to run all things finance for teams like ours. Translation: she knows her stuff. Ashley loves to travel (between industries and geographies), and she's been to over 15 countries. She's also watched rocket launches at Cape Canaveral and summered in Alaska to help out at her dad's commercial salmon fishing business and - get this - legit GOLD MINE. No wonder this one's in finance, right? Ashley got her bachelors at the University of Wyoming (go Pokes!), her masters at CU Denver (go Buffs!) and is working to get her private pilot's license (go Ashley!).

Ben Myers

From childhood Power Ranger dreams to navigating the commercial jungle, Ben's journey is a quirky blend of passion and antics. Raised in a log cabin amid the enchanting woods of Charlevoix, Michigan, he honed skills in frog catching, s'mores crafting, and spinning grandiose dreams. With an economics degree from Michigan State University in one hand and a fondness for buffalo art in the other, Ben danced through his role as Director of Leasing at Tebo Properties, crafting negotiation tactics, all while avoiding the office coffee machine's questionable brew. A former D1 soccer champ, Ben's journey has taught him that scoring goals is as thrilling as assisting businesses in finding the best real estate in Boulder. His playbook includes a daily dose of smiles, enjoying good shows, and savoring the success of others, preferably with a side of buffalo sauce. Beyond transactions, Ben doesn't just create deals; he orchestrates a life worth laughing about - a story sprinkled with quirky anecdotes, rich coffee, and, who knows, maybe a chess victory over his wife (but don't tell her he said that).

Brittany Boudreau

Not quite a nomad, but nowhere near a homebody, Brittany Boudreau is a broker breed all her own. She first became interested in commercial real estate at age 7 helping out at her family's mobile home parks. From there, she hustled her way through school, spent summers catering music festivals across Chicagoland and graduated from the University of Colorado with a business degree with an emphasis in real estate. She somehow also found the time to blow our collective minds as an intern at Market during her senior year. Now a licensed and full-time broker, Brittany is living the high-altitude life in Colorado. She's an avid snowboarder- look for her on the Alpenhorn run at Eldora - a die-hard Call of Duty player and a true adventurer with a penchant for road trips (the longer the better).

Heidi Schamber

Heidi Schamber is a thinker, doer, problem-solver and real-life action hero at any given moment. She's the glue that holds Market together not only by dominating every to-do list in existence, but by tending to buyers, tenants, partners and our team as if they were her own kids, husband, chickens and goats. Note: Heidi's homestead is a legit semi-farm. By the numbers, Heidi's been in commercial real estate for 15 years, and it shows. In 2021 alone, this Partner of Market and mom of two closed over $25M in transactions. Between getting stuff done like a mother and making our clients' days, she serves on the Board of Mother House Inc. in Boulder. She's an organizational mastermind, a spiritual gangster and a mic-dropping bedtime story reader.

Mandy Grady

What do you get when you combine 10 years of mortgage lending experience, 6 years in floral design, and a diehard obsession with Bon Jovi? You get the best in the business aka Mandy Grady.

Nate Litsey

He's Nate Litsey, and he brings 13 years of brokerage experience to Market (with a side of property management skills). Nate's analytical mind makes him a problem-solving pro, and he loves helping local businesses find the perfect spaces for their needs. As a Boulder native, Boulder EXPAND volunteer, and Chair of the Downtown Boulder Business Improvement District Board of Directors, Nate's basically "Mr. Boulder." His childhood friends might argue that his rightful nickname is Nate the Great, but we think both work.

Rachel Rohrig

Job Titles:
  • Commercial Broker at Market Real Estate
Real estate may not have been Rachel Rohrig's first love, but we're placing bets that it'll be her last. Just don't tell her husband we said that. Before joining Market, this native Boulderite owned a sustainable repurposing company in-wait for it-Las Vegas. Translation: she spent six years reincarnating casinos' trash into usable treasures like glassware, lights and jewelry. Clearly, she's pretty into the planet, so it's no wonder the Colorado outdoors beckoned Rachel back. These days, Rachel brings her proprietary blend of grit and contagious positivity to every partner, project and deal. She's a born boss with degrees in entrepreneurship and finance. Plus, there's a heart to go with that brain: Rachel sits on the advisory boards of A Precious Child and Colorado Jazz Group and volunteers at the Boulder Community Food Share.

Todd Walsh

Accept no substitute for Todd Walsh. Just…don't. As a Boulder native, Todd offers a level of local expertise unmatched by any other commercial broker. He's a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)-a recognition held by only 3% of agents in the nation-and he literally doesn't know the meaning of "It can't be done." If you have an idea, he'll make it happen come hell or brutal negotiation.Todd's also a real community man, supporting non-profits and professional organizations including the Make-a-Wish Foundation, Urban Land Institute and Commercial Brokers of Boulder. He loves his hometown, so it's no wonder he made it both his workplace and his playground. When he's not working, you can find Todd exploring the Colorado outdoors, traveling or cheering on the CU Buffs with his wife and two kids.
