Dana M. Debski

Dana M. Debski is passionate about helping others and focuses her practice on the areas of Social Security Disability and Ohio Workers' Compensation matters. She earned a B.S. in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh along with a Certificate in Interdisciplinary Study in Child Welfare. Dana earned her J.D from the University of Akron School of Law. Due to her passion for the industry, Dana was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2011. Dana is a member of the Stark County Bar Association and National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). Dana enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and volunteering in her community. She has previously served as a board member and as board president of Ballet Le Reve and served as a board member of Rebuilding Together.

Michelle A. Marshall

As a dedicated attorney, Michelle Marshall strives to apply her 20 years of experience to help clients obtain the Social Security Disability and/or Veterans Disability benefits that they deserve. Michelle earned her B.S.B.A at Ashland University and attended law school at Ohio State University where she received her J.D. and M.A. Michelle has had a passion for practicing law since 1991, focusing on the fields of Social Security Disability and Veterans Disability law. She is a member of the Akron Bar Association, National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives, and NOVA (National Organization of Veterans Advocates). Michelle Marshall enjoys spending her spare time with her active family.

Sarah R. Grinder

Sarah received her undergraduate degree in Political Science, graduating cum laude, from Mount Union College in 2001. While at Mount Union, she also pursued her love of traveling through a study-abroad experience at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. Sarah went on to attend The Ohio State University, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2005. The focus of Sarah's practice is Ohio's workers' compensation law. In her 15 years of practice, she has represented thousands of Ohio's injured workers, guiding them through the claims process and pursuing their interests before the Industrial Commission of Ohio. She is an active member of the Ohio Association for Justice's Workers' Compensation Section, and she previously held the position of Akron/Canton Regional Representative for that organization. She is also a member of the Akron Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. In addition to her legal work, Sarah enjoys volunteering her time with the Girl Scouts of Northeast Ohio. Since 2012 Sarah has spent much of her time as a Girl Scout troop leader, dedicated to the development of the confidence and leadership skills of the young women in her community.

Thomas R. Pitts

Born in Detroit, Michigan, Tom Pitts moved with his family to the Akron, Ohio area in 1952. Tom graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1964. After military service, Tom returned to the University of Akron. He received his Bachelor of Arts in 1976, majoring in Philosophy and Communications/Mass Media Studies. He immediately entered the University of Akron School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1979. He has since been engaged in the private practice of law. For over 30 years he has limited his practice to the representation of injured and disabled workers and their families in Ohio Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability claims. In service to the legal community, Tom is a past-President of the Summit County Association for Justice. He is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice and was selected as Chairperson of the Association's Workers' Compensation Committee. He is also a member of the Workers' Compensation Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association. Tom is a former Trustee of the Akron Bar Association and has participated in many of the Akron Bar's Committees. He is presently active in the Disability Law Section and Lawyers' Assistance Committee. In 2010 Tom received the Akron Bar Association Bradford M. "Buck" Gearinger Professionalism Award, granted to a single attorney each year in recognition of "exceptional dedication to the standards of the profession and to recognize one who has demonstrated integrity and humanitarian concern within the community." Tom is a member of the IBH Addiction Recovery Center (Akron, Ohio) Board of Trustees and serves on the Board's Governance Committee. He frequently speaks at Continuing Legal Education programs on the subjects of Workers' Compensation law and assistance to persons impaired by alcoholism and drug addiction.
