Luke's vast array of skills range from project management, fabrication and installation to health and safety management. An old time crusty demon, Luke loves mastering flips in his spare time.

Cody Belfield

Job Titles:
  • Trainee Welder
Cody has 5 years heavy fabrication experience ranging from repairing forestry machines to building construction waratahs. Cody is three quarters of the way in completing his apprenticeship. Cody, known as Codax to his mates, can be found hunting, fishing or on the lake wakeboarding with a cold Waikato in hand. 8 years experience in heavy fabrication, welding and mechanical fitting in various industries such as petrol and chemical, pulp and paper, power generation and food and dairy. When I'm not at work you will find me riding my mountain bike and enjoying a few cold beverages at the end of the ride.

Denzil Grimmett

We are so sure of the great work we do, we will confidently warrant our pipe work for 5 years. Jordan has 15 years of experience in engineering; with a focus in dairy and pharmaceutical. Jordan's hobbies include music, basketball (if he was a foot taller, he reckons he'd have been in the NBA) and a good day out fishing. Jacob Ryburn

Jacob (Jaggs) established MPF Engineering in 2016. He has 14 years' experience in fabrication and welding; including mining, oil and gas, heavy industries, pressure and pipe welding. When he's not cracking the whip on the rest of the team, he enjoys a cold bevvy down at The Island (Local pub) and considers himself a bit of a pinball mastermind. Caroline - the backbone of MPF. A wealth of knowledge. Caro's brain is packed full of accounts, admin, health & safety protocol and loads more. Caroline moved to NZ from England 17 years ago. She's an avid dog lover and rescuer. Heart of gold. She supports Tottenham Hotspur Football Club in the Premier League and loves a good Gin & Tonic. John is a long time engineer with over 19 years of experience in engineering around the North Island. He worked for various companies until he ‘saw the light' and joined the team at MPF. John thinks outside of the box and has expanded his hand to boat building recently. An avid jet boater, when he's not behind the welder, you'll find him on the water or building another boat, with a cold beer in hand.

Steve - otherwise known as 'Stevo' has recently joined MPF as an apprentice. He has been working in the industry for two years and prior to that, he spent time working in the dairy industry. Steve enjoys hunting, fishing and anything outdoors. Steve was a natural choice for Health & Safety Representative as he is an excellent communicator and relationship builder and enjoys the responsibility that comes with the position.
