Bruce has more than 30 years in the real estate business as an investor and lender. He has acquired invaluable business experience over the years. After attending CSU, Northridge he had a career as a CPA which lead to his involvement in real estate industry. In the early 90's Bruce became a licensed Real Estate Broker marketing multifamily building in Los Angeles first with Savoy Real Estate and then with Marcus & Millichap. He started several companies and ran a food service manufacturing concern with annual sales of $18 million.
