Elaine Foo - CEO, Founder

Elaine Foo is an experienced wealth manager and has worked in the industry for over two decades. She has dedicated her career to succession and legacy planning of ultra-high net worth families in the South East Asia and Greater China regions and is regarded as the most trusted advisor of these families. Having started her career in the wealth management industry in 2001, Elaine has worked with reputed banks like, UBS and Julius Baer and Morgan Stanley. In 2018, she co-founded WHE Family Office, a single family office, which focuses on impact investing and philanthropy. Additionally, she also founded Hesed Partners in 2019, which is a management consultancy firm for private transactions. Elaine firmly believes in maintaining the highest level of integrity in dealing with clients. In her opinion, wealth management advisory for clients should encompass an unbiased, independent advice and an objective approach to their investment allocations. The pursuit to meet the above needs of the clients was the key inspiration in her founding New Dimensions Capital. In 2020, Elaine was the recipient of Finext "Excellence in Finance Leaders" award in recognition for her contributions to the finance industry. An alumnus of University of London, Elaine has a Bachelor of Science (Hon) degree, with a major in Finance. Outside of work, Elaine is passionate about community service and engages herself in related events from time to time.

Emilie Foo - Managing Director

Emilie Foo has spent the last 20 years in the banking industry covering operations. She was a senior executive tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. She began her career in Citibank NA and thereafter spent the bulk of her career in UBS AG covering operations and handling clients` investments transactions in the firm. With her extensive experience, she is responsible for the company's daily business and risk operations while ensuring a seamless client experience. Emilie Foo graduated with the Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Coventry in the UK.

Fern Lu

Fern Lu has over two decades of experience in business consultancy, information technology and human resource. She has worked in various multi national companies. Prior to joining New Dimensions Capital, she was running her own business consultancy company. Fern Lu graduated with the Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Wales, UK.

Henry Wang

Henry Wang, graduated from East China Jiaotong University in 1990. After that, he has accumulated many years of professional working experience in mega Chinese central enterprise, international accounting firms, Citi bank and OCBC bank in Singapore. He has profound understanding and insight in the areas of HR management, financial analysis, wealth management, investment management, family office, insurance, trust, as well as business consulting. Henry Wang is also an adjunct lecturer in several well-known training institutes, including Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business (SCCIOB) etc. With more than 10 years of experience in bilingual training in Chinese and English, Henry has taught professional courses for numerous MNCs, government agencies, financial institutions, law firms, accounting firms, and others. Henry Wang is a CFA Charter holder, fellow member of ACCA (FCCA), Singapore chartered accountant (CA), learning facilitator and assessor of SSG-funded certifiable courses (ACTA), and curriculum developer of SSG-Funded certifiable WSQ courses (DACE).

Vincent Tan - Managing Director

Vincent Tan has over 30 years of experience in the banking and finance industry and has held several key appointments throughout his career. Earlier in his career, he had dedicated more than a decade in Citibank NA covering all the asset classes in capital market products such as equities, debt securities, money markets, foreign exchange, derivatives and risk management. Vincent Tan was also subsequently appointed as the Head of Treasury Advisory and Trading Group in Clariden Leu. His main responsibilities were product innovations, distribution of capital market products and client advisory. Later on in his career, he was the Head of FX Advisory and Sales team in Merrill Lynch, Julius Baer and LGT. His notable contribution included the role of generating and enhancement of ideas in the investment product committee. Vincent Tan firmly believes in creating value for his clients while managing market risks and is recognized as their trusted guardians of their assets . He analyses his clients` requirements and assist them to achieve their wealth management needs. Vincent Tan graduated from University of Oxford and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) major in Finance and International Business from University of Leicester, UK.
