Anne is the queen of multi-tasking and we are so grateful to add her to the team for her first season! As the sales manager, Anne is great at multitasking and making next to anything happen for her customers. We're not sure how Anne has free time, but when she does, she enjoys boating and traveling with her family. Anne's get it done attitude is a great energy to have around as we work to grow and be better every day for our customers!
Betsey has been a positive and optimistic part of the leadership team by bringing her knowledge of finance and her kind heart every day. She truly sees the business from all aspects and uses that to help the entire team. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her three children. When not in her candle-scented office, Betsey enjoys traveling to warm places, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. Betsey is intentional about learning and growing, smiling and laughing, and not taking life too seriously!
For 5 years, Brandon has been with Henderson Turf in many capacities. His current role with the Henderson Turf companies is primarily as our Farm Manager but in the last year he has also taken on the role as Nursery Manager at Ohio Nursery Exchange. Whether overseeing purchasing, caring for the sod and plants, or considering fertilizers, Brandon is a fanatic for details and increasing efficiency. When not around the farm or nursery, Brandon enjoys life with two children and two well-behaved dogs. His love for turf drew him to this company and lawncare and being outdoors for a hike continues to be a past time of his.
Bryan Holmes is a real rockstar when it comes to all things mechanical. He truly keeps our wheels turning. When he's not working at the farm or at the nursery, he enjoys time with his wife and three children outdoors. He enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, and playing drums.
Clay works with the administrative team to provide all back office functions including accounts receivable and payable, month end reporting and our general excel kid genius. He is a true team player and exemplifies that outside of the office as an avid bowler! When not in excel or a bowling alley, Clay enjoys hiking, finding adventure, and trying new things!
Dan has been such an asset on our sales team in his first year with his focus on customer service. His number one priority is to turn all of his customers into friends and then continually treat them as such. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports with his family and he is a big fan of all the Ohio teams! Dan always shows so much respect and gratitude for the team and we are grateful for him as well.
Greg comes to us with 16 years in the industry and with his exceptional customer service he is a valuable asset to our team. In Greg's personal time he is a member of a volunteer rescue squad, enjoys being outdoors and does rescue for the American Power Boat Associations Hydroplane races. When something gets done around the nursery, it all starts with Jenna. She works hard at her own work, but her real secret is her ability to connect with her team and lead them towards larger goals. She has no small task on a given day, but her ability to stay cool and always grind is admired by all the staff. It's no surprise with the high stakes of operating a nursery during the day, Jenna enjoys relaxing outdoors in her free time, whether it be camping, hiking, or boating.
Jody has come into the office with an organized, determined attitude to do her best every single day! In Jody's personal time, she enjoys crafting, growing anything, and spending time with her husband and love of her life working around their hobby farm. Jody truly loves this industry and with 10+ years of experience she shows that love not only at work, and as the Former President of the Cincinnati Flower Growers Association. Scott definitely brings professionalism to the table. His ability to build executive teams and grow the organization in the right direction is second to none. It's no surprise that Scott is great at keeping teams together since he gets to practice at home with his wife Brittany and their seven children. When spending time outside, Scott enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and traveling.
Todd has a true entrepreneurial heart. A year ago he came into the nursery business while looking for land to expand the sod farm in Franklin. It may have been the perfect place at the perfect time because the marriage between sod farm and nursery has been a beautiful growth over the last year. The entrepreneurial spirit doesn't stop with Todd, he and his wife, Bobbie, own and operate a 50 acre horse farm in Springboro where they have a 501 C3 non profit organization that offers many programs for young people healing from emotional issues. In their rare free time, they love to travel to Mexico, Ecuador, and frequently to St. Croix. Todd's even keeled, people first way of living is definitely infectious in the rest of his organization!
