Alan is a Co-Founder and Executive Director of Private Wealth Network, having previously founded and run an events and media business catering to high-end corporate and private clients.He spent some years working for The Economist Group in Japan, Europe, the Middle East and Africa facilitating government and industry dialogues. Alan provided commentary on economic and business matters as well as running conference, research and corporate membership businesses.He holds an Executive MBA from the Philadelphia based Temple University (Tokyo Campus) and a Bachelor of Arts from Newcastle University, Australia. Alan is Chair of Impact100 Sydney, a community-based collective giving program.

Annik Petrou

Annik has a varied background particularly in Learning & Development and Training. Annik previously ran a speaker training company helping people to use their voice for good that took her to places in Europe and Africa. She has also worked at a speakers bureau with entrepreneurs and business owners. Annik has worked on increasing the representation of female speakers on international stages. In addition, Annik worked for Rare Birds, a social impact business advancing individuals and businesses through mentoring and education. Annik holds a degree in Marketing & Communication and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science, Social Geography & International Development from University of London.

Cheryl Samarasinghe

Cheryl is an experienced Event and Content Producer and has worked across a number of industries including financial services, insurance, real estate, ecommerce, professional services and broader corporate sustainability. She also brings a diverse skill set having worked in roles from Production, Event Management to Sponsorship Sales and Marketing Strategy. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Hons focused in American/United States Studies/Civilization from King's College London.

Dorothy Huang

Dorothy has experience working as a financial adviser in Singapore for 5 years. Dorothy was born in Singapore and raised in Perth. Dorothy's studies were originally in nursing and fashion design which led her to work in a variety of different industries. During her time as a financial advisor in Singapore, no matter where she travelled her passion was always to connect and communicate with people from all walks of life.

Elizabeth Court

Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience within the finance and banking sectors, starting her career with the ANZ Bank in its Perth Treasury in 1991. In 1993 she moved to Sydney with ANZ as a Treasury Consultant and has since held senior positions within bank and corporate treasuries. Over recent times Elizabeth has been a business consultant and has facilitated and implemented strategic plans for a number of Perth based SME's. Elizabeth is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and sits on the board of a number of not-for-profits. Elizabeth has a keen interest in demographic studies and Futurism. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from Murdoch University.

Gee Lee

This includes working for a non-for-profit member association that supports professional athletes with their off-field career and development including sponsorship, media, marketing and player welfare. She was involved in the introduction of the The Rugby Union Players' Association (RUPA) Foundation and social responsibility program as well as organising various charity events. Gee is also a Volunteer Lifeguard and Nippers Age Manager. Gee holds an Associate Diploma in Business, Travel and Tourism from the University of Wollongong.

Jayne Hunt

She is originally from the UK and has lived and worked in France, Spain, Belgium and Mexico.Jayne has run her own food and drink export consultancy which has involved extensive global travel undertaking international projects with influential stakeholders.Jayne has a wealth of experience in developing and maintaining relationships and collaborative partnerships globally for both public sector and private sector clients. Jayne was awarded the British Business Network Award for Victoria for support to the UK's Department for International Trade. Jayne is passionate about philanthropic work and is on the Management Committee of the not-for-profit organisation, Haemochromatosis Australia which has members Australia wide.Jayne is fluent in French and Spanish. She holds an MA(Hons) in Interpreting and Translating (French and Spanish) from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, UK.

Kim McWilliams

With over 25 years of experience in the fields of Philanthropy, Public Relations, Marketing, and having owned her own retail business, Kim has a very broad outlook on life and varied life experience. Kim joins PWN from her role as Executive Director for the Auckland Medical Research Foundation, but will remain very committed to the cause after nearly seven exciting years. During this time she also served on the Board of Philanthropy NZ as Deputy Chair, so brings considerable expertise in this area. With a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese, Korean and Education, she has travelled and worked overseas, and run the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs education and cultural programmes for New Zealand. She has also managed the Westpac Sponsorship Team and Portfolio, and the AMP Group Sponsorship Team and Foundation for many years.

Lisa Rothfield-Kirschner

Lisa has had the cross-cultural experience of being raised in Fiji, Southern Africa, Israel as well as Australia and has always enjoyed building positive relationships with a wide variety of people. This passion for people and helping to meet their needs has underpinned her sales, events and marketing success across the technology sector, not-for-profit and boutique alcohol industry. Lisa has a passion for building rapport with clients and a flair for creating and maintaining relationships. Most recently, Lisa has focused on tackling the issue of children's online safety. She has authored an Amazon best-selling children's book, ‘How We Got Cyber Smart', to help parents, caregivers and educators of primary school-aged children start the conversation about staying safe online. Lisa also contributes to ‘Women in Security' magazine and online safety platforms. She was nominated for the unsung hero award for the Australian Women in Security Awards. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Hospitality Management.

Louisa Scott

Louisa holds more than 10 years in management, research, marketing, corporate relations and investor education with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and a major South Australian stockbroking firm.Since then her work has been primarily as a board member in the health space, most recently serving on the national Occupational Therapy Board of Australia, as well as chairing their Finance and Governance Committee. A graduate of the AICD's Company Directors Course, Louisa has also been involved in promoting South Australia's tourism regions, supports a number of philanthropic endeavors such as Impact100 and the Art Gallery of South Australia. Louisa holds an Arts degree in Psychology and English from University of Adelaide, Australia and post-graduate qualifications in Applied Finance and Investment from Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Richard Milroy - Founder

Starting his career at the International Herald Tribune in Paris, he then moved into specialist trade publishing and investment conferences based in London and now Sydney.Richard's vision is to form knowledge networks where people connect face-to-face at events, then continue their relationships through online platforms. His focus is to assist members to share and gain new knowledge and understanding, and hopefully to inspire them too. Having lived on 5 continents her experience covers team leadership, marketing, brand management, finance, accounting, IT and HR. Sandra has been applying her love for travel and logistics with attention to detail to deliver amazing PWN Insight Tours, since their introduction in 2016, alongside her role as Finance & HR Manager. Sandra holds a degree in Economics from Temple University, Japan.

Sarah Shephard

Sita Bala

Sita has held a number of senior communications positions, including many years as Press Officer at Chatham House in London working on events, conferences and media calls with visiting Prime Ministers, Presidents and international dignitaries. Sita was also Head of Corporate Communications & Media Relations at the Sydney Opera House for five years. Along with being spokesperson, she delivered communications campaigns for major events including, Millennium New Year and Sydney 2000 Olympics, opening of The Studio venue and re-engagement of architect Jorn Utzon to work on design principles for the building. Sita has also been a Publishing Editor for the Commonwealth Secretariat. Sita has worked on brand and communications campaigns for many organisations and events under Sita Bala Communications. She holds a BA Hons. in Political Science & Film Studies from Newcastle upon Tyne University, UK and a Graduate Diploma in Journalism from City, London University.
