Andre acts as a strategic advisor to the President. With over 40 years of experience in business development and real estate, he has become a trusted partner to major investors acquiring and developing land in Canada and in the US.
Prior to advising Remcorp, Andre held senior executive roles in major corporations such as Blue Bonnets and Loto-Québec, and has developed his own real estate consulting practice.

Chantal has been working with the company for over 21 years and is a key member of the team. She has several years of experience in executive administration support and project coordination in various fields. Chantal is also in charge of relationships with private and institutional partners.
Her excellent organizational skills enable her to successfully manage the duties required in her functions with efficient results.

France joined Remcorp in 2011 as Director of Finance and Administration and is responsible for the full accounting functions.
France has over 35 years of experience in accounting. Prior to joining Remcorp, she held the Controller and Finance Manager positions in various industries.
France holds a Bachelor of Administration degree from HEC Montreal.
Prior to joining Remcorp, Jonathan worked in investment banking at Oaklins, where he provided financial and strategic advice to businesses and was involved in a broad range of transactions. He worked on mandates across various sectors such as technology, industrials, food and horticulture.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor in Commerce from McGill University and is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).

Maxime is President and CEO of the private investment firm Remcorp Inc., headquartered in Montréal. Until recently, he was also President and CEO of Groupe V Media Inc., a television and media company, which was sold to Canada's largest telecom and media company, Bell Canada Enterprises, in 2020.
With his entrepreneurial passion, he has led Remcorp to become a thriving enterprise in the Canadian economy by investing in well-established companies in a broad range of sectors such as technology, media, health and agrotechnology.
Maxime is also actively involved in real estate development in Canada and the USA. Remcorp is currently developing 4,000 housing units in the Greater Ottawa Area, Canada's capital, and a 500-unit seaside condo complex in southern Florida. Combined, these projects represent investments exceeding $1 billion.

With over 28 years of experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate deal-making, Tony has a successful track record of advising and closing over $6 billion worth of capital market transactions.
Tony was an investment banker at National Bank Financial for over a decade and today continues to serve as a corporate director for several private and public companies, including BMTC Group Inc (TSE:GBT). He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and earned an MBA from McGill University in Business Strategy and Organizational Behaviour.
