ROGUE AEROSPACE

Rogue Aerospace was founded by 4 people with big dreams and even bigger rockets. We saw that NYU did not have a large scale rocketry team, and we sought to change that. Our first steps were to establish ourselves as professional rocketeers, with 8 members with High Powered Rocketry, or HPR certification. As of Fall 2019, all 8 members have HPR 1 certification, with one member having HPR 2 certification... Rogue Aerospace is New York University's only rocketry association dedicated to the advancement and exploration of aerospace. We are a student organization and Vertically Integrated Projects (VIP) Team that seeks to educate and provide hands-on experience in engineering, design, and project management for students of all disciplines and skills. From mechatronics, to CAD, to dynamics simulation software, our team is at the forefront of aerospace innovation at NYU Tandon.
